Will Robert Pattinson Accept the Invite to the Tony Awards

When Marc Malkin of E! interviewed How I Met Your Mother star Neil Patrick Harris, who will take over the Tony Awards hosting duties from Hugh Jackman, the actor extended an open invitation to all the Twilight cast members.
MM: I’ve gotta ask, will Twilight be a part of the Tonys?
NPH: Aren’t they a part of everything? Twilight has taken over. We should be so lucky. If we could get just one of the Twilight castmates to even walk across the stage, I think we’d double our viewership.
I can think of two reasons why Robert Pattinson may consider going to the Tonys
The Past Since Rob started acting with the Barnes Theatre Company in London, a sentimental love for theatre may draw him to the Tony Awards, which seeks to honor the best of Broadway annually.
The Future It has been confirmed by Variety that the producer of the Daniel Radcliffe hit play, Equus – David Pugh – is working with Rob on a West End endeavor in 2010.
In the event that the play will move across the Atlantic from London’s West End to New York’s Broadway, then a bit of a helping hand extended to the American theatre community will not be amiss.
The Tony Awards will air live on CBS from Radio City Music Hall New York Sunday, 07 June 2009, at 8 p.m.

Omg, rob’s in LAX? Then rob’s been with ks all these past few days he’s been out of radar..aawww how romantic..n he’s attending tony this sunday..that means we get to see more of him again after a ‘lil while..how awesome..can’t wait..go rob..

Luvrobsten, please note that Rob’s presence in LA is NOT confirmed. Some people just heard his name announced on the speakers. And, his presence at the Tonys is also NOT confirmed.
anna w.i, it’s an open invite to any Twilight cast member, so, if Kristen wishes to go, she’s perfectly welcome to. I just focused on Rob because he’s, supposedly, in New York, making it easier for him to attend; plus, he is the hottest vampire in the world at the moment. He can help the Tony ratings the way his presence did with the Oscars.
