Why I Think Robert Pattinson Is In Love with Kristen Stewart

I Think Robert Pattinson is Strongly Attracted to Kristen Stewart Maybe it’s wishful thinking on my part. After all, the epiphany began with the picture above; but, it’s not the only one showing Robert Pattinson in such a vulnerable position, National Post has another image of him during the LA premiere as well.
From this one picture was born the whole slew of fictitious chronicles of the thirst of Robert Pattinson for Kristen Stewart, which I’ve categorized as The Robert Pattinson Diaries.
The following is a series of interviews and feature articles wherein Robert Pattinson unwittingly or openly reveals or discusses his feelings about his Twilight co-star.
I Asked Kristen Stewart to Marry Me People Magazine reported that Kristen Stewart said that during one of the “really heightened time[s]” that they were together, Robert Pattinson proposed to her. The young actress admitted, “I don’t know how serious he was.”
Robert Pattinson confirms this story in the first public interview of the Twilight couple during the MTV Awards on June 2008, “Yeah, I mean I asked her to marry me like four times, but then it didn’t go anywhere. It just fizzled out. Fizzled out.” (Go to 0:41)

I Could Fall In Love with Kristen Stewart When Ryan Seacrest asked Robert Pattinson point blank if he could fall in love with his co-star Kristen Steward, he replied without hesitation, “Yeah, she’s amazing!” (Go to 3:45)
Kristen Stewart is Basically The Reason I Did This Movie Premiere magazine can take the credit for unearthing the young heartthrob’s main motivation, “She’s [Kristen Stewart] basically the reason I did the movie. When I read the book, and there are these moony descriptions of Edward as this God-like figure, I thought there was no way I could play him, really. But when I got into the room with Kristen, there was just a certain chemistry.”
I Really Wasn’t Expecting The Girl Who Plays Bella To Be Like Her At All In his Vanity Fair interview, Robert Pattinson unwittingly reveals his fascination for his co-star, “Casting was really easy going, and Kristen [Stewart] is also very cool, but at the same time there is something very, very serious about her. I really wasn’t expecting the girl who plays Bella to be like her at all. Her professionalism made me keep my mouth shut whenever I wasn’t acting.”
Kristen Brought Something Out Of Me That I Can’t Even Explain Teen Vogue asked Rob his thoughts about his Twilight co-star for the December 08 / January 09 issue, “When I met Kristen, there was instant chemistry. She brought something out of me that I can’t even explain.”
I Dreamed of Kristen Stewart Last Night In a light interview with Seventeen magazine, Robert Pattinson reveals that Kristen has invaded even his sleeping hours when he was asked, “What did you dream about last night?”
His truthful reply is, “Kristen [Stewart].”
I Have a Crush on Kristen Stewart Another question from Seventeen is, “Who’s your celebrity crush?”
Once again, Robert admits, “Kristen Stewart (his Twilight, costar!)”
However, in a later interview, Robert Pattinson tries to play it cool by ingeniously answering a question about his celebrity crush, “I don’t know. I am sure that if I did say anyone’s name, it would be really embarrassing if I met them.”
Yeah, I’m Single Appearing as a guest on the Ellen DeGeneres show, Robert Pattinson answers Ellen’s query about his single status with, “Yeah, yeah.” He adds earnestly, “I am [a relationship guy],” and then unmasks his mischievous side, “but nobody seems to want to get in a relationship with me. It’s strange.”
However, the BIG PROBLEM is Kristen Stewart is already attached.
Kristen Stewart Has a Boyfriend In the same Vanity Fair interview, when Kristen Stewart was asked whether she has a significant other aka boyfriend, her reply is, “Yes, Michael Angarano.”
Well, all I can say is that Michael Angarano better take care of Kristen Stewart, because it seems like Robert Pattinson is biding his time, just waiting in the wings, more than ready to step into his shoes if he decides to exit.
And, Michael should remember that there’s going to be lots of opportunity for Robert to charm his co-star, because both Robert and Kristen have expressed their willingness to star in the other films of the Twilight saga.
Robert also shared in his Ryan Seacrest interview that Michael is around a lot during the filming of Twilight. An interesting possibility is the fruition of fiction into reality — an Edward Bella Jacob love triangle may turn into a Robert Kristen Michael tug of war.
The Director Wanted Me To Promise Not to Get At Kristen Well, the strong chemistry during the Twilight auditions seemed to have made a deep impression on Twilight director Catherine Hardwicke, who had an inkling of the possible complications when she offered him the role of Edward Cullen. That’s why there was a condition.
In an interview with a Hollywood reporter, Robert Pattinson laughingly recounted the telephone conversation wherein the director begged him, “Just promise me you won’t try and get at Kristen. Her boyfriend is one of my close friends.” (Go to 5:42)

sometimes i think that robsten will never happen. but most of the time i think it would. the situation between rob and kris is really hard to read. although we all know that rob really is passionate with k stew, but kris is in a very serious relationship with mike. i know that as a very big fan of kristen i should or we should be happy for her and whoever she wants to be with. but as a ROBSTEN addict, it really really hurts
but still i have my hopes high!

yeah u know what..i soo agree with mary and previous robsten girl. this robsten thing will never ever happen. Summit tries to fool us by not letting kristen and her boyfriend to be together so we all think and dream of this robsten thing all the time which lead to more people going to new moon. i think it is better to leave the 2 of them alone and let them make their own decisions. oh btw they shoot that youtube video of them with vanity fair in November 2008..a lot and i mean alot has changed now..don’t waste ur time by hoping them to get together while u can support them in any decision they make by not yelling/screaming or any stuff of that and saying why are the 2 of them not dating! I don’t believe for one second that Kristen is so head over heels for Micheal. She was very young when they met, and now she’s met someone who has EVERYTHING in common with her. Sometimes people grow apart as they get older, and she will realize that later. But for now, it saves her from breaking the contract. That is a smart move. If Rob and Kristen are meant to be, it will happen later. Here’s to hoping!

I came across your site accidentally yesterday and really loved the clear calm logic of things.
I’m obsessed with them maybe coz my own life sucks – i’ll be the first to admit it – and also, i hv never seen two people who look so good in a movie get so obviously conscious around each other. i mean i havent read the books and likely never will, i’m a big reader but romance is not my thing. what got me hooked – like a lot of other serious people in serious jobs with serious stuff to do – was that something between the young stars. these days, if people like each other, they ttly hook up. these two like each other very much, but they arent hooking up. that is driving people insane!
i mean which one of us hasnt been in that situation – you have someone waiting back home who’s given you no reason to break up, and then you meet the man of your dreams. what do you do? i was in a dilemma like that once, it ate up my life, and its never been the same again.
So like i was saying, i was that same age once (not very long ago too!) and i was blown away by their amazing body language, sp. pattinson. Guy was rebounding, landed the most intense role of his life and just got washed away! From that finger-biting scene through the baseball scene, he’s got that same ‘distracted-to-bits-with-love’ look. In all probability, he chased her.
A lot of film stars get close during shooting – i remember reading in the NYT no less during the early brange days, that its implicit u sleep with ur co star during shooting but leave it behind once the sets are down, and brange broke that ‘what happens on set stays on set’ rule.
So did Pattz. it was pretty clear that he, who didnt have the hollywood experience Stewart has, was smitten. and she probably didnt know what to do. she had a loyal BF who had given her no cause of complaint, she knows the ‘what happens on set.. rule’, but she doesnt know how to get the man of her dreams off her head.
I specially loved one column of yours I read yesterday night, b/w summit n her PR people and how she should keep away from Michael to promote the Robsten idea. your understanding was exceptional, and i somehow felt as if you were voicing everything i had been feeling but didnt know how to put down.
Even as i am writing this humongous post, i find myself agreeing with a poster above – he had a thing for her, as of now it seemed probably almost gone. if it is, she killed it well, i must say, all credit to her – lots of girls dont know how to handle such ttl admiration stuff and there’s heartache all around.

I disagree very strongly with people who say stuff like “Twi-Hards want Edward and Bella to get together”. i dont think that at all. people want Robert and Kristen to get together, two people who give off strong vibes of being VERY comfortable with each other.
I had actually given up hope myself around March-April when those denial-interviews came out (nylon and EW i think). their Vancouver shoot they seemed to be hanging out like buds, he was anyway with nikki all the time, he also seemed drunk all the time.
Not just that, he had presented at the OScars. where Stewart had been once the better known, more sought after of the two, he suddenly became A-list, bona fide A-list. maybe that came between them, coz actors have notorious egos. Maybe she thought being with him would tie her up to twilight forever (like zac and vanessa), a career killing move. whatever it was, they were FRIENDS.
in march and april, she seemed to be telling people LINK ME UP WITH RATHBONE NOW, WILL YOU IDIOTS?! or I APPROVE OF NIKKI AND ROB, GET IT LOSERS?! i sat back, sighed and – pretty much like you – said OK, he boy is happy with, so whatevs.
Then i started noticing things again. they werent crazy conscious around each other as before, but they were way beyond comfortable. they dressed alike. they did the same things and disconcertingly, always together. even if her BF came about and Nikki made it a threesome, they couldnt bear to be apart.
Then came those googly eyes photos at the bradley concert. their bodies always oriented to each other, to hold and receive. I viewed the Japan gig and that table between them was incapable of containing their need to physically envelope each other through a strange situation (or a F**king psychotic one!!!)
May, I had stopped following them. Then I logged into EOnline and Ted had whipped more than 1000 readers into a frenzy – will they be together for his birthday? and when the snaps came out i was like MOTHER!!!!! They were together. they could not NOT be around each other.
Forget the kneelock, forget the meet-the-parents forcery, forget the lovelorn looks at bradley’s gig. these guys wanted to hang around each other all the time. some days ago, i stubled across these harmless sorta photos of the two smoking outside some cast party. their entire body language was …off. he leaned back on a planter and iv seen this on guys before. he’s defeated. she’s leaning into him, she wants to comfort and hold and console. Like she’s saying “I know cannes will be f**king psychotic and you will be hounded like mad, but baby, i’ll BE there in five days’ time in Italy! then we can hang out and smoke buds and drink and jam and just be around each other 24/7″. And i gotta tell you, i felt so reassured!!!
So i have just that smidgen of hope. If they have a deeper connection than obviously physical attraction, if they like to hang out together so much, if they are so comfortable around each other…i say give them time, give them space. they will find love with each other.
In the meantime, DONT STOP WRITING. its amazing to read your posts, its like lit class all over again!

you don’t know how i agree with you. The way they look at each other, the way they smile at each other… i just can’t say how much love i can see it in. Sometimes I think that Kristen really really is going to leave Michael, but second day I went to the internet and saw her with Michael playing and kissing each other, and then I lost my dreams about Rob&Kristen… And then again I saw Rob and Kris together at concert – and now I have new vision….. so that’s going all over again and again.. I’m just tired to believe Rob&Kris thing, because she’s not moving their relationship forward. It’s very sad, because please, Kristen, don’t be blind… don’t you see how much he ( Rob ) cares about you, you don’t see how he looks at you???? He loves you and I truly believe that you love him too. Maybe.. maybe someday you’ll open your eyes and leave that Michael. So I hope you will be FOREVER with Rob.

Sometimes,when i watch all the madness about Rob and Kristen,i feel very sorry for those two poor kids.Why;Just for a moment put yourself in their shoes.They thought they did a small movie,and suddenly they are like in the middle of the fire.

For the last year i was watching very carefully the twilight thing.I’m not a teen,so i’m more suspicious about certain things.I don’t bite them easily.Watching Rob and Kristen at their interviews,their photos,i always thought that those 2 have an innate chemistry,totally unexplained.Also,they’re two very attractive kids,as a pair and as items.They have many in common.Talent,beauty,they both love music,art ,don’t love the hollywood things and they’re both down to earth.Rob is more comfortable with the press and the fans,Kristen is more shy and that makes her look bitchy.But when they’re together,it’s like the one completing the other.

I think they should have their own space to Live and Laugh and Grow as friends, and let me repeat that FRIENDS……If Kristen really did break up with Michael then maybe she needs time to heal before going into a new relationship. Michael was obviously jealous of all the time she was spending with Rob, and maybe he got annoyed enough to break up with her. Maybe if she won’t spend time at all with Mike anymore she’ll be getting closer to Rob, then maybe someone will find them kissing in the back of a cast party and get us some pics.

I think Rob is clearly in love with Kristen, the pictures tell it all. There isn’t a picture taken that he isn’t looking at her with adoration. She’s a strong, interesting, intelligent, lively young woman, all attractive traits to Rob. I think that if the media would stop asking stupid questions of them both that there is a chance they’ll eventually end up together. In the meantime, they have to remain professional and keep private thoughts private until the fourth book is wrapped. They make a beautiful couple and their interests seem to be dead on for the right stuff.
Looking at the pictures of Rob and his new co-star is kind of sad, for Emilie that is, and convinces me even more that Rob isn’t just a charming flirt but truly in-something with Kristen. He couldn’t be less interested in Emilie. I saw a video of her coming out of her trailer today, no bodyguards, no fans. She walks past Rob and his six bodyguards. She is looking the other direction, he sees her passing and gives her a half-hearted smile. Forget it Emilie, you’re just not his type.

i so want kristen and rob to start dating again but with the movie cherrybomb and kristen kissing and hugging with dakota fanning i doubt it i hope micheal dumps her for doing the movie and rob wont care and take kristen back.

i had a feeling that rob like kristen. Yeah, maybe now they just hang out as a frend, but i strongly had a feeling that he like kristen. Remember, rob had said that he and actress Emma Thompson is a bestfren, and did u guys notice that kristen look a like emma thompson. Maybe he cant get emma as a gf coz they are bestfren, but he try to get kristen the other way around.

In my opinion, Catherine had no right to tell Rob to not get with Kristen, because that’s basically interfering with her personal life, and I’m sure Kristen could have told him that she had a boyfriend herself, not have someone say it for her. Now that I got that off my chest, I think it’s adorable that Rob has a crush on Kristen. I’m for Robsten ALL the way. (:

I knew they would wind up together from the moment I saw Twilight for the first time, the first of many, I admit. It was so obvious. The feelings that came across through the screen were too real. Even the best actor could not pull that off.
You know how most movie couples make you feel something momentarily, but then it’s gone? Well, in this case it didn’t go. The feelings kept hanging on, prompting me to investigate my suspicion. I’ve never doubted. I believe they will be married before too long. I love everything about Rob Pattinson and Kristen Stewart together!
