I enjoyed the film a lot. There were a couple of parts though where I thought that the editing could have transitioned more fluidly, but for the most part I loved the heck out of it.
The performances (both musically and the acting) are really top notch here. Having enjoyed Kristen’s previous works, I expected a lot from her and she didn’t let me down. Overall, the performances from the cast were really strong.
Btw, I read somewhere that the moviegoers that went to see TR this weekend were predominantly female. Someone is definitely fudging reports because my theater had at least 65% of seats filled (at 3:15PM CST no less) and there was a heck of a lot of men there. And another moviegoer stated that she was the only female in a theater full of guys on opening night.
*sigh* I will never understand how demos are recorded.
Whatever. See the film. It’s fantastic!

i watched TR yesterday it was so them cool and kristen was aawesome on the movie and the music was the best. Im gonna download the music from TR.

Go out and watch it u can u won’t be let down. The lip action was actually hot. I’m not just a fan of K.S and D.F but a lover of movies. It was good, go watch it!!

I saw it opening day. OMG it was soooooooo good! And yes, I agree with yup. The KStew on DFann thing was pretty hot.

Read in the S’pore New Paper last week that The Runaways will be showing in cinemas in S’pore on 6 May. Hopefully, I’ll still be here to watch it. Read many good reviews about it especially on Kristen’s performance as Joan Jett. Way to go, Kris!
