Was Robert Pattinson Supposed to Attend the Adele Concert with Kristen Stewart

Knowing their love for music, Kristen Stewart would have surely accompanied Robert Pattinson to a concert by Brit sensation Adele last 15 August 2011 at LA’s Greek Theatre, an improbability since Kristen’s in the UK for the Snow White and the Huntsman shoot. (BTW, the photo above is NOT from the Adele concert, but from the Cosmopolis wrap party, since Rob skillfully managed to dodge the paps. However, he was reported to have gone backstage to meet fellow Brit Adele.)
Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart may have been planning to attend the Adele concert together since the original concert date was 06 June 2011, which was perfect since it’s the night after the 2011 MTV Movie Awards, and before Kristen had to fly to London to present at the 2011 Glamour Women of the Year Awards on 07 June 2011. (With London being on an earlier time zone, it may have been tight, though.) However, Adele developed laryngitis and had to cancel and reschedule her concerts.
Personally, I’m not that familiar with Adele’s work, and watching the video below gave me an inkling of her potency as a singer, and how her soulful rendition of Someone Like You, accompanied solely by the piano, would certainly appeal to the musical sensibilities of Robert Pattinson, who happens to tinkle the ivory keys himself and has been encouraged to release his own album.
