Twilight Director Gives Robsten Her Blessings
In an exclusive interview with Ted C, Twilight director Catherine Hardwicke doesn’t deny that the Robsten rumors are real.
Your poor cast! They’ve all become insane tabloid targets. Do you pay attention to all the rumors?
When I’m in the airport on trips I’ll look at the magazines. It’s pretty wild. I feel pretty bad for everybody. You wish you could just have a life!Some aren’t exactly rumors though, like Rob and Kristen being more than “good friends.” Do you like them as a couple in real life, too?
Of course! I cast them together, so obviously I think they’re awesome together. There’s no question about that.

Robert was never with Nikki. She is now dating Paris Latsis, Paris Hilton’s ex. Robert is only friendly with Nikki as she is friends with Kristen.
Rob was young and inexperienced (devout Catholic and celibate as per his interview linked under my name). He fell for the illusion Kristen presented. I hope he figures out that she is a tough, troubled girl who has ruined her chances as a star by behaving so oddly hostile. [I think] No studio will believe she can carry a movie and say [foolish] comments in public. Watch her interviews at Comic Con.
Hopefully Rob will figure out that having is not so pleasing as wanting…and remain platonic friends with her. She cares about him but she is not as decent and nice as he is.

At the risk of sounding like a prude…why would Kristen start looking so beat and strange suddenly when that is not the girl he became friends with and had a crush on?
It is almost like he rejected her and she does not care about her looks anymore. Could it be that she confessed to having been around or at least with Michael and the allure she once had for him melted away. They seem like friends ONLY as of late. No more love gleams.
See the interviews linked above where he talks about waiting for the right woman and being celibate. [I think] Kristen is not a wholesome girl or she would speak, behave and dress like one. She goes out of her way to be offensive. She uses the f word and said bul—t at Comic Con interview…
Unless she really is hiding the fact that she is a religious and untouched girl (NOT LIKELY BY HER ACTIONS,WORDS AND APPEARANCE), why would he want her if he is? He said that he was not sure if he was faking the chemistry, he has never been in love, and always likes girls he should not. She may be trying to hook him and her bait is no longer attractive BUT they have 2 more movies to make and must stay close.
