The Robert Pattinson Diaries — Weaving a Promise Bracelet on Kristen Stewart
A Fictitious Entry that Chronicles the Thirst of Robert Pattinson aka Edward Cullen for Kristen Stewart aka Bella Swan
I watched her sleep.
Hurrying to the 2009 San Diego Comic Con after rushing to finish sequences for our respective films, Remember Me and The Runaways, had taken its toll. We had both fallen into an exhausted sleep after the grueling week that culminated with the energy draining event.
I dimly noted the faint light of the afternoon sun. I had just woken from a fatigued slumber. I took the opportunity to observe her in uncharacteristic serenity, her fiery nature momentarily eased by sleep.
Yet the visions in her mind would not allow her to stay still for long. Her deep breathing turned to an agitated rhythm that made her toss restlessly.
“Kristen…”
My soft vocal caress made her turn to me in silent supplication for comfort. I rolled her body gently on top of mine, which immediately quieted the turbulence of her apparitions.
I ran my hand from her nape to her lower back in a sweeping stroke to soothe her. In response to my comforting touch, she murmured softly, “Rob…”
The utter magnitude of hearing my name on her lips at such an unguarded moment filled me with a tenderness so overwhelming it made my heart ache with love. I captured the episode in a perfect memory that will surely be a balm in the coming weeks when we have to be torn apart again.
My tormented musings were halted by the change of cadence of her breathing. I realized immediately she was awake. Yet we did not speak, savoring the rare silence and solitude so unlike the maddening crowds that we have been subjected to.

My hand stilled on her shoulder. I was taken with the urgent need to claim her, and to let her know that my feelings for her would endure in a never ending cycle.
I gently released her and fetched the worn black shoelaces I always kept tucked somewhere in my belongings.
I sat on the side of the bed and cradled her wrist, then began to weave a promise of love, trust, belonging, and all other silent vows that can flow between a man and a woman with the simple act of tying the black cord.
Silently, she watched my fingers lace the string. When I was done, she fingered the band around her wrist, its darkness highlighting her gleaming luminescent skin.
Then she laid my wrist gently on her lap, and tied the remaining shoelace in a pattern that mimicked what I had done. When she was finished, she raised her eyes to meet mine and solemnly promised, “Always.”
I smiled gently and echoed, “Always.”
I was hers. She was mine. Always.

Kristen Stewart Hides the Black Bracelet The picture that inspired this diary entry was one wherein Kristen Stewart was pushing the black bracelet up her arm so that it would be under her long sleeved leather costume while shooting a The Runaways sequence, instead of just removing it for the meantime and putting it back on after the day’s work. This action implied that the band was of great importance.

Robert Pattinson Wears the Black Bracelet in 2005 and 2006 After I finished writing the diary entry, I amusingly realized that I had assumed Robert Pattinson was the one who gave the bracelet to Kristen Stewart, with no basis for proof that he even owns the black shoelaces that were allegedly used.

Beside, i was watching comic con backstage interview and i noticed that kris was always hugging taylor and putting her face on his shoulder as if she wanted to start rumors about her n taylor to give her n rob a break

oh lorna this is great! it makes so much sense that it would come from him. he seems to be a simple man, not at all materialistic (proofs: no flashy car, no designer clothes, not even an expensive watch and i could go on and on…) and they are ‘kids’ in love and these otherwise cheesy gesture is nothing to young love. yes, not conclusive but isn’t it nice to believe it? sigh.

I clicked on the link of the picture and saw the black lace and also read the comments. There are a lot of people who are saying that Nina (Rob’s ex) was also seen wearing one. And Kris was also seen wearing one even before she met Rob. AHHH! This is really frustrating! Can’t they just come out and confirm it already?
