I agree with Rob a hundred percent. If I was in his place I would have done the same thing. If they planned this kiss why did Kristen say I’m not doing it at the last moment? How – of her! And how would she expect Rob to understand that in 2 minutes time? Couldn’t she have thought about this earlier? And instead of humiliating Rob when he leaned down to kiss her why didn’t she kiss him back? She just turned to the mic and said thank you?!
Coward.
Selfish.
Not-sticking-to-what-you-say Person!
Admitting what Kris said to the interviewer was a brilliant idea.
But giving the script back not so much.
Rob should just forget about her in my opinion because she’s doing no good to him but humiliating him in public most of the times and depressing him

After I watched the rather high quality vid of their Best Kiss acceptance, (call me delirious and shoot me in the head) but I kinda hear:

“Sweetheart… come on.”

instead of;

“Swetiee… come on.”

Well, at least we agree on the ’sweet’ part. XD

Hi Lorna, hi everybody…

With all the stats on overall MTV MA viewers, the ever increasing of Twilighters population to vote in future MTV MAs, there are some things I have in mind.

About three things I was pretty absolutely positive;
1. First, New Moon has secured it’s position in MTV MA 2010 Best Kiss Nominees
for it’s ‘Jump and Kiss Reunion Scene’–thus, Rob and Kris may have to reenact that
scene on-stage. Better yet, Rob has to do the acceptance speech alone when suddenly
Kris run across the stage out of nowhere and jump to him to complete the scene.
Kiss/Non-kiss? Hm…

2. Second, Eclipse might be the first film that has got TWO nominees in MTV MA 2011 Best Kiss line-up.
One, for ‘Bella & Jacob Outside Tent Kiss’ and second, for ‘Bella & Edward in His Bedroom Kiss’.
Whichever wins, better be creative.

3. Third, MTV MA 2012 Best Kiss golden popcorn is soo…gonna go to one of Breaking Dawn’s kisses.

Kristen did plan it out, if you take a look at the second video, with the twilight cast, robert states that he was glad the kristen told him two minutes before it actually happened…

P.S. she didn’t want to kiss him because rumors would begin just as the old one were settling

I was almost expecting Punk’d crew will show up out of nowhere. I mean it’s like one of the most well-executed praknster scenario ever…

They both should really join Punk’d crew. LOL.

2. So, I think it IS planned (very well planned, too). VERY WELL acting, too. If they can act this well in their real life, who knows what else about them that they can camouflage?

3. Lorna, I can’t read KS lips for the ’sweetie’ but ‘come on’, that I can.

I agree with you Isabel. at times k can be flirty and others she’s almost cold to him but here’s what i think that drives this. I think privately or naturally she is and wants to be “close” to r but in public i think she is very careful to not say or do anything that feeds the robsten rumors-why?

the comments about each other, the looks, their chemistry) i mean lets face it, this time around they both have been very careful about what they say and do, especially k.

like her comment in the above interview. “i’m not kissing you. that was my idea” her body language was even cold- arms crossed in her approach to him, the look like, “no can’t do it”

I prefer to think it was planned.If not then I believed they have ironed it out and all is well between them judging form the pics of them taken by pazz an first shown by X17.If it was not planned, then maybe it was a last minute idea(not to go through with the kiss) of Kstew which by the was was great.However,it would have been very embarrassing to Rob IF it were not planned.

But then again,people do some stupid things without realizing its impact on others specially when on stage and in front of thousands of people.KStew might have thought it was cute which it really was but she might not have realized the embarrassing situation she have put Rob into.—unless it was planned.

When Rob said Kstew told him about it 2 minutes before it happened, I think she indeed let him in on the plan because they were sitting close next to each other before they were announced as winners.(This is just my take of what could have possibly happened)Rob’s face did not show any hint of humiliation.I don’t also hear any trace any trace of sarcasm when Rob said it was Kristen’s idea.

IF,IF it were not planned,I believe Rob would not have been able to hide the embarrassment/humiliation he might have felt.Yeah,he’s an actor but even a good actor could not have hide the pain that comes with humiliation plus let’s consider his being a man and the EGO that’s attached with it, the pain or a hint of it would have been there-written all over his face and could be heard in the inflection of his voice if it were not planned.

And based on lived interviews they did after the event,It seems to me that Rob knew of what was going to happen so there-that’s my take of the situation.

Lorna do you think Kristen did that on purpose? Do you think Rob wanted to do it and Kristen bailed? I get that feeling. I feel bad for Robert, yeah being rejected is terrible. Kristen seems to be unpredictable. Sometimes she’s flirty with him, sometimes she’s aloof, what the heck? If I’m Rob that would just drive me nuts. Poor Rob . I wonder if he misses when his life was much more simple?

Who wouldn’t want to kiss this beautiful man? Gosh darn it, we all voted for them to win it and I wish they kissed, didn’t have to be the full-blown thing ya know?

BTW, I think Rob’s shirt was misaligned again! Look at the picture in the middle w. Kristen. Is it misaligned or maybe I’m seeing things!

Nice. I think it was totally planed out and that they were improvised on the plan of wanting to but then breaking…..it was great. That moment of calm they had together in the middle of all those crazies was a wow. Then she smiled and turned and said Thank You. I know he got a kick out it once he understood what was going down because Kristen was in control of this one. I don’t think it could have been better.
