The Robert Pattinson Diaries — A Kiss from Kristen Stewart at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards
A Fictitious Entry that Chronicles the Thirst of Robert Pattinson aka Edward Cullen for Kristen Stewart aka Bella Swan
As Kristen explained to the excited throng how we were going to try and give kissing “a shot” as part of our acceptance speech for the Best Kiss Award, a part of me groaned inwardly.
Knowing her predilection for becoming shy and self-conscious in front of a live audience, and the audience at the MTV Movie Awards on 06 June 2010 was definitely letting us know with their screams how much they wanted a liplock, I half-expected her to back out at any moment.
And so she did. The first attempt went awry. I felt like a donkey’s arse onstage.
The second one went much better. Or so I thought. I had leaned in close enough that our lips were about to meet when a sharp exhalation of air warned me of her impending decision.
I couldn’t help saying “Ow!” as Kristen used the palm of her hand against my cheek to strongly push me away. I wondered recklessly whether I looked more stupid now, or, last year with my mouth left agape when she had suddenly turned her head away before our lips could touch.
Oh dear. This doesn’t bode well at all.
When Kristen still seemed reticent after that botched attempt, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I grabbed her in a gentle hold and performed a “theatrical” kiss, wherein two actors fake a kiss by letting their lips touch only the corners of their mouths, the ruse usually hidden by the male’s back to the audience, shielding the female actor’s more petite form.
But, as always, Kristen impetuously surprised me. Her fingers suddenly clutched my nape and pulled me close; and then, kissed me in a short and sweet way.
At last! A kiss! In public! I didn’t care that I looked like an idiot with a huge grin splitting my face! Kristen has kissed me in public! I’m the f—ing king of the world!
Jubilantly, I raised the Best Kiss Award high into the air as Kristen said thanks again to the Twilight fans! I have high hopes that next year’s Best Kiss acceptance smooch will be much more visible and lengthier!

Yay, you did it, I love it, and to quote Etta James: AT LAAAAAASSSSTTTT, MY LOVE HAS COME ALONG!!!
I love his smile, I just can´t get enough of all the little Robsten moments during the whole show, I was so happy to see that even his management team loves her, they where all so happy for him, his smile was contagious, it was so sweet how he thanked her and I don´t know but she always looks embarrassed when he does something… like to put them out there, just how she sort of rolled her eyes at him and the look on her face right after he kissed her, it sort of looked like she was anoid or something, I just hope that she doesn´t make him stop trying to tell it to the world.
I also hope that they´re relationship will turn out as juicy and lovely as this story I´ve been reading, “Ever After” by the lovely Jakeward and The Shrew those two totally know there stuff, I even think that they might have psychic powers or something, the write them so real, check it our over at Twilighted.

People are insane!! i LOVE robsten to death, but everyone is freaking out a little too much, over analyzing and obsessing. dont get me wrong, the amazing kilig moments at the MMA are exactly what i wanted, but i feel bad how everyone is scrutinizing and judging them so much!

It’s like twilight installments.
So I guess we still have another best kiss awards from Eclipse and Breaking Dawn.
It needs them to be smart giving the kiss bit by bit.

This was great! Thank you for finally writing a Robert diary entry. I missed them so much the past couple of months. They would always brighten up my day. Write some more please? On the L.A. Eclipse primer. I felt like they provided a lot of material for a nice and sweet entry from Rob.
