“Will you marry me?”
The word yes hovered on my lips.
The monsters roared their refusal of the marriage proposal, making me pause in confusion…
A vision of a church aisle emerged in my waking dream. Instead of the traditional groom by the altar, it was the bride waiting in eager anticipation of her soon to be husband walking down the aisle.
Then I realized that I was the smiling bride, dressed in all the trappings for a wedding ceremony.
The end of the aisle was shrouded in a mist that birthed a man striding confidently towards me. I strained impatiently to see my fiancé.
My curiosity peaked when I realized his features were amorphous, a blank canvas that demanded the brushes of my heart’s true longing.
I gasped as my inner yearnings painted the face of my deepest desires.

I blinked, unaware that tears had fallen from my stricken eyes.
The monsters purred in satisfaction.
“I hope those are tears of happiness.”
Mike’s teasing words brought me back to the reality of a beautiful diamond ring sitting prettily in its box. I focused on its brilliant facets, its cut surface catching the glimmer of the lit candles on our romantically set table in a small private corner of the restaurant.
I raised my guilt-ridden eyes and murmured, “Mike…”
His stiffened. He could already see the reluctant rejection on my face. Mike looked down, hiding the pain that was gripping his whole body in its torturous clutch.
I put my hand consolingly over his in a silent supplication for his forgiveness.
Mike immediately slid his hand away from under mine. He carefully closed the ring box and put it back in his coat pocket.
After a strained silence that threatened to drown us in a distraught flood of unsaid queries and doubts, Mike’s wounded voice attempted to speak sedately, “Shall we go?”
I could only nod my head in affirmation.

“Kristen Stewart has reportedly turned down a marriage proposal from boyfriend Michael Angarano. A source claims the actor proposed on the Vancouver set of the Twilight sequel New Moon, but Stewart, who has been linked to co-star Robert Pattinson, refused.”

Romantic Setting The romantic setting of the supposed proposal is based on an allegation from Lainey Gossip that Mike whisked Kristen for a private tryst.
Michael arranged for accommodation at a different hotel, with an open ocean view, and [he and Kristen] were able to escape for a day from the crowds waiting outside [her hotel] all the time.

Awww, poor Mike. Kristen is still young anyway and maybe she felt like being married would tie her down too much. Anyway, I wonder if MA will wait for Kristen.

Hmmm. I tend to think that the Vancouver movie set would be the LAST place where Michael would want propose to Kristen. I’m pretty sure Michael knows Kristen’s personality and wants and needs by now, and I just don’t … feel … he would propose now. They’re both so young. And if Kristen knows that, feels that about herself (I think I read somewhere that she doesn’t want to get married until she’s 25?), then surely Michael would know that about her, too.
Of course, I am playing devil’s advocate as always.

Lorna, we know it’s a fiction, but… I think you are near by the truth. Mike proposed to her. It’s true. When could he do it? I think the last weekend when he was in Vancouver to visit Kristen (and Rob went to LA). But did you see him in Vancouver since those weekend? ‘Cause I didn’t. There are no pictures… OK, maybe I am stupid,but for me, it’s weird. What do you think?

i honestly got goosebumps all over, everything you wrote seems so plausible. i actually felt what kristen would have felt if i would be in the same situation. i could see in my head the images that fluttered in her mind. hell, i could even hear a different set of voice asking me that same question…
although to set the record straight, i’ve never been in that situation and not dreaming of being involved in one… just like what i’ve told you before, i’m just living vicariously through my girl crush kstew.

i am actually happy because if they got married i would feel really sorry for rob because he likes her like H-LL.
