As our lips clung, and then tore reluctantly apart, I felt my breath quicken in anticipation for the next melding of our mouths.
Yet, when the erotic promise did not come early enough, I leaned forward eagerly, enfolding his lower lip in mine, savoring its luscious softness before releasing it, letting him know through the swift nip that I wanted more, much more of his delicious kisses.
The yearning to engulf him was overpowering. I raised myself to my knees so that I could be the aggressor of this sensual encounter by kissing him ravenously. I was the predator and he was my prey.
When I felt him backing away, I immediately halted his movement by lightly gripping his head in place with my fingers so that I could lower my head to capture his lips and drink from its intoxicating sweetness.
I pressed myself closer his frame, undulating uncontrollably in my need to melt into him. I did not care that he was reining himself in for my sake. I sought to shatter his control.
I gloried in the moment when I succeeded. I triumphed in the release of his desire as he clamped his hand on my waist and pushed me to lie down on the bed so that we could be entwined more closely. I let myself be pushed back, my legs parting, impatiently waiting for his steel frame to crash into my gaping cavern of fervent limbs and molten loins.
One unsatisfying kiss and then he was suddenly gone. I opened my eyes slowly, not knowing what had happened, except that the liquid fire that was running through my body and pooling in my nether regions was not quenched. I was burning. I whimpered with need.
And then I realized that I had not imagined the crash that I had heard. As my ears registered the slight movement beside the bed, I peeped over the edge to look down.
Rob was on the floor on his back.
As soon as I was sure that he was fine, I tried to control the twitch of my lips, but, he beat me to it by laughing out loud, and then I joined in joyously, laughing at the fact that he had fallen off the bed while shooting the kiss. Knowing his penchant for accidents, I was not surprised.
And, I was laughing for another reason. I was delighted that we had to do it again. And hopefully again. And again.

The Bedroom Kiss Reshoot Twilight director Catherine Hardwicke tells reelzchannel.com how she decided to just reshoot the whole bedroom kiss sequence.
“And then, we never got to shoot the end of the kiss — you know, when Robert comes in, Edward comes in to the bedroom. We didn’t get to shoot the stunt. And we didn’t get to shoot how he stays over night with her, because we did that when Kristen was still a minor, and we had only a few hours to shoot it. So I said, let’s just do the kiss over so we can do the whole scene and do it properly.” (I’m sure Kristen and Rob didn’t mind at all.)
Rob Did Really Fall Off the Bed
“Rob got a little passionate and fell off the bed onto the floor.”

Wow…amazing!
As I was reading I was biting my nails!!! Yeah I’m sure they both didn’t mind reshooting that again! I think it’s so funny that Rob fell off the bed! The bed was too small, haha. Well, when we get to Breaking Dawn, the bed is gonna be enormous!
