The Importance of Being An Accomplished Liar Kristen Stewart has been quoted to say that Robert Pattinson cannot lie, which, in this case, has proven to be both an advantage and disadvantage, the former in Twilight and the latter in Remember Me
To be a good actor, one must be an accomplished liar when doing one’s work, and, frankly, I am worried that Rob cannot successfully pull off his scenes with Emilie with convincing truth as an actor.

LOL, I think it’s a given, any woman he makes a movie (even women who hang out with him)with will be linked to him romantically, whether it be true or not!
The kiss on the beach looked awkward but I guess we’ll find out when the movie comes…at first I thought maybe that’s what the script called for. I’ve only read parts of it, I don’t want to spoil it for me, LOL.

if i am not mistaken, rob mention before that he was having hard time doing kissing scene because of being comfortable with the leading lady, well as lorna’s observation and also to all the fans of twilight we all know that rob is very comfortable with kristen, we have all the evidence in there, but i know remember me will be nice movie, and there will be 2 movie for rob and kristen with catherine again…

I totally love rob and I’m dying to watch remember me, but I have to say that his kissing scenes with emilie are bad :S They are so awkward :S (I don’t know if they are supposed to be like that, so I’ll better wait until the movie comes out)…but right now, Im not enjoying them. Maybe he’s not comfortable with her, he’s really shy….or maybe just the script
the kisses with kristen are the hottest thing ever haha. They are perfect! They have a lot of chemistry and they feel very very comfortable with each other

I have made these very same observations since I became a Rob fan. It seems he is uncomfortable with intimate touching. I think the scenes with Kristen are as a result of him not being so aware that were all watching him. Poor guy has been in the spotlight every day since this movie began shooting. His touch does not come across as sensual. He seems akward and for lack of a better term, scared of girls????

It does seem that way–that he’s stiff with Emilie and not with Kristen. But the majority of us here are Robsten fans, no?
Like someone else said, I’ll have to wait for the RM movie to see what’s what, because from what I’ve seen so far, Rob has a certain charisma that resonates with just about anyone standing beside him.

The difference between both is just too funny. Complete opposite. Rob/Kristen= HOTTT…but Rob/Emilie= AWKARDDDDD..lol. I feel like such a perv, but I can’t stop watching the bedroom kissing clip. I keep watching it over and over again. Their chemistry is mind boggling. But I do have to agree that it has a disadvantage as well as an advantage.

I don’t believe that Emilie and Rob are hooking up. In all the photos that were posted in different websites, I cannot see their chemistry at all. I can’t remember a photo of them like they were really close or sweet and having fun when cameras are not rolling. Unlike when she was with Kristen, there are some awkwardness between Rob and Emilie. Robsten has this certain gravitational pull toward each other. Everything just fits.

I don’t know, maybe it’s because of the script… maybe he can not lie, but if the second is true, it means he is not a good actor, but I watched him in another movies (Bad Mother’s Handbook – and in this movie he kissed a girl), and he was really good in them, so I think maybe the script. Or – it’s important – he likes Emilie, both of them are good actors, but the chemistry what exists between K&R, does not exist between R&E… but I think it doesn’t mean that the movie will be bad. We see just pictures, we don’t know what is happening in the scenes…

since I haven’t read the RM script on purpose, and now that JD mentioned “it’s supposed to be that way” with Emilie and Rob, I am relieved because if RM fails because of blah acting on Rob’s part, he’s going to be crucified by the press! And it would be a very bad move on his part. But considering how intelligent and insightful Rob is, not to mention serious with his career, I would think he will truly try his BEST for this movie (RM). He definitely would want to prove to the world he can be more than Cedric Diggory and Edward Cullen.

At least fr the pics, I can say Rob didn’t dare to touch Emilie any more than necessary .. lol .. it’s very off and awkward … i guess, he will improve when he gets more kissing scenes in the movies to come. He will learn to be more comfy even when with people that you are not so into. By that, he’s not a really good actor as of yet. IF he cannot do that with just everyone.
Those over crazy fans who so obsessed into Rob and or into this new Rob + emilie, said the kisses they saw was awesome, god, they are so blind, I am sad for them.
I guess, if there are ppl that you totally cannot be into it (kissing and falling in love in the movies with), it’s advisable to say “no” to be in those movies. Even the best actors cannot be in movies with someone they are totally hating or find those ppl very offensive in ways they totally hate.
As for robsten, what more is there to say, they found chemistry that’s so magical it transcends fr screen to real life and to us fans.
They are like edward and bella, even though, S. Meyer didn’t write the very rated stuff, we felt it deep inside us when we read what she written.
I am glad these movies are over soon, it’s especially hard for ROB in some ways, being in NYC, he started off happy and ended miserable. LOL. Well, soon it’s over.

What a difference!!! Let’s hope all this bad media doesn’t effect the wonderful chemistry between R/K. It makes all of us happy. They are amazing together on the screen. I really feel they aren’t anything more than very close friends in real life. I really wish they were more but there are no real facts that they are. I looked at all of Kristen’s photo albums and no photos of them, just them. They were of photo shoots, interviews and movie scenes. Anyway what chemistry they have!!! It makes for great movies

Isn’t it sooo, and I mean soooo obvious that Rob and Kristen are attracted to each other. the only problem is they aren’t aware of it or refuse to be aware of it. I mean pictures don’t lie, videos don’t lie. The 1st time I saw Mr. and Mrs. Smith I knew there was something different with Brad and Angie, it was too real. I didn’t think they were falling for each other,or together, but there was just too much sparks flying all around them, and the way they look at each other, it’s just,,wow! The same goes to Rob and Kristen, but I think their denial (even to themselves) is a good thing, it says a lot about their character as a person. They’re strong willed. I want them to hook up, but maybe in the future… and the emilie-rob thing is a bunch of bs.

ITA! Seriously, I was so proud of Robert when he got the part…I couldn’t wait for him to do something post-Twilight that WASN’T Twilight. Then I saw the pics of him being mauled by Emilie, and I felt so uncomfortable and awkward for both of them. Due to this, any rumor between them is simply just as laughable as any between him and Nikki Reed.

There is them at Sam Bradley’s concert, looking a little tooooo close for mere friends, then at her hotel at 3am in the morning, then them crawling into a limo together at 2am. Hmm, well I don’t know what to say, to be honest I wouldn’t care if Robert or Kristen were or are together anyway, they are not Bella and Edward, completely different personality s, and what not.
Don’t get me wrong I’m a huge twilight fan, but really they get so much pressure of the media and fans because of who the characters they play are portrayed in books and film.
