Taylor Lautner is Caught Between Kristen Stewart & Nikki Reed
Taylor Lautner seems to be bent on securing his heartthrob status as the new leading man of The Twilight Saga : New Moon as he gallantly escorts two of Twilight’s leading ladies, Kristen Stewart and Nikki Reed, on a sunny afternoon in Vancouver Canada on 08 March 2009.
The Twilight stars made sure to step out with style. Congrats to the stylist of Kristen once again! The casual dark blue ensemble goes beyond the ordinary with interesting highlights such as the gold buttons on her coat and the bright green skull bones on her gloves. Very apropos to her character! (Does someone know the name of the stylist of Kristen Stewart so I can mention her properly? Thank you.)
Of course, with Taylor up and about, we are all wondering now regarding the whereabouts of New Moon’s other leading man — Robert Pattinson — whose casual style of scruffiness has been elevated to a remarkable personal trademark.
(Update: It seems Taylor is also hanging out with Rob. They were caught by a lucky group of girls in downtown Vancouver on 07 March 2009, and were generous with birthday greetings and a hug. Taylor’s company was in demand for the whole weekend.
True to his nature, Rob has been spotted mostly keeping to himself, e.g. “at a local watering hole for three hours studying his script” or “walking alone along Davie Street [while] dressed in black, pale and beautiful and brooding and thin.”)
New Moon is supposed to officially start shooting on 23 March 2009 in preparation for a US opening on 20 November 2009.

Kristen can obviously cling onto Taylor’s arm because there’s no malice and sensual attraction between them. However, Kristen can never do this act with Rob in public because it’s going to be an entirely different story altogether.

Some feedback on this please. I was listening to the audio commentary from the movie with Catherine, Kristen and Rob (you tube) and am starting to have another take on this whole thing. Rob, in the commentary, clearly has a huge chip on his shoulder about women, like he has been dumped recently. I felt like C and K both knew the story behind it. Toward the end of the fim, K says something about being very emotional during rehearsal for the prom scene and that she was crying. C remembered it but Rob did not remember at all and K told him that he said, What’s the matter with you? Okay. If you like/love someone, you totally remember when they are distressed, and you comfort them. I don’t think it’s K that he’s been digging on. What if it’s Nikki? What if it was Nikki that broke up with him and he’s got the bad attitude because he was in love with her? I don’t even like to think about this…but what do you think?

I disagree with the comment on Kristen stewart, I don’t like her outfit that much i think nikki reed looks better, and taylor looks stylish.
I agree Kristen and nikki cant walk arm in arm with Robert because it will cause the rumor mill running.
It will be interesting to see after new moon is released if Taylor can still link arms with kristen without gossip mags going crazy, as he has a much bigger role and develops feelings for bella.

do you know that Summit Ent. didn’t want they make a serious relationship until the last film has ended ? because, if they’re broke up, it would broke their chemistry.

Secondly I was on Davie street, and Robson street on Saturday and Sunday (yeah, did a lot of shopping) but OF COURSE I havn’t seen anyone! NOOOOO ONE!

Hmmm, I don’t believe in my heart of hearts Rob and Nikki have anything going on. I haven’t seen anything that gives me that impression. They don’t stare at each other enough, or long enough when they DO look at each other, there are no overt body motions or angles to suggest an unconscious bubble/secret.
But obviously I (and lots of others) see that kind of thing between Rob and Kris. But they were HIRED because of this chemistry! And whatever this chemistry is or is not, I don’t believe it’s love. This isn’t Edward and Bella, this is Rob and Kristen. And I can’t get past the idea that all of the photo shoots, scenes done, interviews given, etc., were all done FOR THE MOVIE. Which tells me they are either playing their parts, or “on” for the camera and the public.
Before I even came across this blog or discovered the Stewpats, the Robstens, and learned what the heck UNF meant, I had the thought while watching early interviews between Rob and Kris, that they didn’t exactly see eye-to-eye. That their personalities were too different. He looked confused and almost angry-baffled too often when she talked.
I don’t know either of them. ANY of them. Who I “know” is the public personas they are paid to show, and, well, those personas are not who they are. It’s just a sip.
Allie’s thought kind of ties in with what I think about who’s with who, or who’s crushing on who, etc. Which is: we see what we want to see. We believe what we want to believe.
I don’t deny there’s an attraction between Rob and Kristen, but I’m almost positive, based on what information (very, very little) I have heard and seen and read, that that is as far as it goes.
For now, anyway. I have as much fun as the rest of you imagining something more. But that’s all it is for me. Just imagination.
Besides, I happen to think Michael is a sweetheart, from what I have seen. He’s well-spoken, friendly, polite, knows how to handle himself (with silence) against a horde of teenaged girls slamming him for daring to love Kristen (!), AND he can act. Kristen could certainly do much worse. Hell, she might. She’s only friggen 18-years-old.

A big number of people in Hollywood smoke. Although I do find it disgusting personally I don’t take offense for the people that choose to smoke. I think the reasons why many actors smoke is to 1. Calm their nerves in preparation for filming. 2. To control their apetites and stay skinny. 3. To fit in and bond with other actors while on brakes. I have friends who smoke and they love to go and smoke together and chit chat. It’s a weird thing…
And in response to AL…. of coarse we are dreaming and trying to see more into the Rob/Kris relationship than there maybe. This is what makes this website so fun. I think we are all living vicariously through the character of Bella or Kristen. I bet many of us want to be in her shoes to have that choice. I honestly think the choice is within her hands for her to choose if she wants to continue the relationship with Rob or not. I do feel bad for Michael though, he’s getting so much heat…people calling him ugly and stuff. I mean I think Rob is more attractive than Michael physically but we can’t judge until we know what type of person both of them are inside. I can speak for myself that I did not find my husband attractive intitially but now that we have been together 10 years he’s more attractive to me than ever. Like they say “Beauty is in the eye of the beholder”.

I don’t understand why smoking would make you worse as a person..I’m a smoker and I don’t think it defines me in any way!!
