Robsten Wish Based On Real Not Reel Life
“[Rob and Kristen] have such amazing chemistry on film that everyone wants it to be real in real life.”
This is what Twilight starlet Ashley Greene tells E! in a 30 April 2009 interview. However, in my own experience, this is not the case. This is the picture that started the Robsten voyage for me, an image so palpable with two people in love that it took my breath away with its searing truth.

I have to categorically state that I have NEVER “shipped” for any couple in my life. And, although things have definitely changed since these pictures were taken in November 2008, it doesn’t make it any less real. This period was real. This was the Golden Age of Robsten history for me, when every moment was ripe with possibilities.
I was especially astounded with Robert Pattinson, a young man who was courageous enough to show how he felt and to know what he actually felt, a rarity among the male species.
This video captures a lot of moments when Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were NOT in front of the camera as Edward Cullen and Bella Swan.
Although The Twilight Series captured my imagination, the fictional Edward and Bella relationship, for me, pales in comparison with the reality of the Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart romantic entanglement.

However, as I’ve mentioned, in my opinion, things have changed, and this is probably the Dark Age…

Lorna this are the secret age, not the dark age. I think it´s because they´ve benn affected with all this public atention. I´ve read how terribly insulting the fans can be with Kirsten, they feel like Robert´s fiancees and act terribly jealous. Never forget that if Rob is in love with her, he won´t like this and he in protecing her. That´s my feeling right now, and modestly i´m very good at analysing. You coul say is my work!!!LOL!!! Cheer up, we really like this two!

Yeah, this blog and videos like the one above is what triggered my wee Robsten hopes. Before all of this, I hadn’t thought of the two of them together in real life. It’s fascinating to wonder what really IS going on behind the scenes. I’m sure Rob and Kristen have talked about this and I wonder what the words were. Just as I wonder how Michael and Kristen’s conversation went. The realistic side of me feels that R & K’s feelings are NOT as intense as the videos show, but the music and the way the images are put together are so dang good. They play tug-of-war with my heart and brain.

I’ve joined Robsten ship not because of the movie, but after viewing all the amazing video on YouTube of R/K. Their look was filled with joy and love, just cant imagine if they’re not real couple!

He is so handsome in a suit. Sigh. If they don’t end up together, that’s fine. But I hope he will find someone that will make him very happy, that’s what’s important to me.

Lorna I totally agree with you, your right there just was this connection that seemed so surreal but it did gives us hope. And now it just seems kind of heart breaking at least for me, beause they seem soo distant from what could of been. Still I have to hope because like I’ve said true love conquers all even our own insecurities and our fears. I still think that all is possible with love. We as fans just hope for the best and want them to be happy and that’s all. Still we can never say never right?

Oh Lorna. Just when I had accepted to put my R/K shipper heart on hold, you show me this video! (Have been avoiding watching my collection of R/K videos for months.)
Don’t worry my friend, while I accept that R/K are not together right now, I can feel in my heart that when they film/ed the romantic E/B scenes for New Moon, they will be/were enjoying themselves and kissing each other as R/K. I really believe that – even if it’s Michael that wakes up beside Kristen in the morning.

There is nothing that will change my heart and mind about Robsten. In my opinion, they are seriously, madly, and deliriously In Love with each other, and I can see that in all angles.
The kind of Love they have comes with tremendous challenges,an uphill battle so to speak. But with the way they stand and protect each other, it brings out the best from both of them. This two will support each other Mentally, Physically and most importantly Emotionally. Hence, they’ll be strong enough to withstand the test of time and overcome all the craziness surrounding them.
Btw, I’m not delusional, I’m just perceptive. I know exactly the symptoms of Delusional Disorder because I majored in Psychology and my work is in Human Resources.

Kellan (emett)was asked yesterday for an interview about the robsten rumors and laughing he ansered was that Kristen is madly in love with her bf and he also said that it’s very annoying for the actors to hear such mad things.So it;s time to put the robsten thing in rest forever!At last!

Hi Lorna! I was reading the blogs at Ted’s Awful Truth when I came across this picture. It was taken at Rob’s friend Sam Bradley mini concert at Richards. It was a picture with him and Kristen supporting his friend Sam. Wanted to share. Does not make it a confirmation that they are dating but makes me happy to know they continue to hang out together after work.

i agree in every angle with you lorna. its just so sad that now, seeing those articles about rob and nikki and those latest pictures of mike and kris, its like robsten is never gonna happen. still im not giving up on robsten! ive never felt this strong for a “couple” or team-up before.

oh i love that video of them together! my heart just melted! the look and their body language can not deny their strong feelings for each other! we don’t know what really is going on behind the scene, whether they are together or not (my opinion, i think they are!) there’s so much gossip going around and you know they are not true but they are being printed for publicity sake..but i hope one day we will see them as a couple..they are very private and they deserve that privacy or their relationship will not survive. jojo – thank you for sharing that picture. i haven’t seen that one before. so kristen and rob were at Sam’s concert.. how nice!

Chi, I agree with you 100%. Cheer up peeps the Golden Days are Robsten are here already but you have to be perceptive enough to see beyond what is being portrayed to you as the reality.
I have never seen Rob and Kris as happy as they have been since returning from Japan. That trip for me was the defining moment when I knew that things changed between them. I wish the two of them the best of luck and hope they become the next Newman and Woodard.
I truly feel that they destined for one another and if they can survive Twilight they can make it through anything. Good luck R/K.

Yeah,it’s true.the only couple that interests me b4 Robsten is Brangelina.I,m not so much into vampires so I got 2 watched Twilight only the last week of March.I thought the movie was cute and TiTanic was much much better.
My craziness over Robsten started when I stumbled upon it in you tube(specially their vanity fair photo shoot).Their chemistry off-screen is sizzling that it tickles me to the bones every time i watch the vanity fair shoot and all other amazing music videos made by the fans 4 them.Since then, I became a follower of their supposed blooming relationship.
It seems though that KStew chose 2 stick with Michael.But then again we don’t know the reason why…and I guess we must respect that.
Nevertheless, I’m still hoping that they will get together b4 the filming of Broken Dawn because the scenes their would be too intimate and I think it would work more 4 the good of the movie if they would be a couple by that time.

The ways KStew and RPAttz look at each other,their body language,etc is really something that can not be faked that’s why I love watching their videotaped interviews,red carpet walks during premier night,etc.
Maybe,one reason why they are not yet together is because of media attention and public scrutiny on their budding relationship.I think such-too much attention- could be harmful to any romantic relationship coz they can’t have any privacy at all.They are always hounded by the paparazzi so i believe this would be stressful 2 them and it would put a strain to their relationship.
I guess,it’s better that Robsten be friends 4 now and hopefully become a couple in the future.At least by that time,they would be more mature and know how 2 handle a relationship that is always the subject of a microscopic examination,they being a super hot couple in hollywood right now.

Hi Josie. Have not checked Ted’s blog as of now. It gets confusing at times. As mentioned, the picture and their watching the concert does not confirm anything. They are simply there to support Sam. But it warms my heart that they still support each other and hang out with each other. There is still hope for R/K! Thanks for the comment Josie!

Lorna, I think these are not “Dark Ages”. Maybe we are really stupids or blinds or everything, maybe they are protecting each other and let us give up the hope. I don’t know. If they are just friends I wish they’re happy, healthy etc. If they are couple, I wish them the same.

Wow…my friends and I have observed this whole Robsten deal with great interest. We watch the videos and look at the pics and see two people who care about each other and have bonded through the emotional experience of filming a movie and dealing with the craziness afterward.
We do not, however, see anything more than honest respect and admiration flowing between the two. I have really tried to see these two in love, but I can’t. It doesn’t matter to me either way.
What matters is that they and the others involved (Michael) are shown some kind of respect, and that respect includes believing them when they continually deny the rumors. I don’t think they will deny them anymore because so many refuse to listen.
This makes me sad for Rob especially because he seems to be very honest and not willing to be dictated by others wishes. Kristen is headstrong and fierce (fierce as described by Rob) and wouldn’t be with someone she doesn’t want to be with.
These people have to sell a love story – not just any love story but an eternal love story. Photoshoots, promotional tours, etc. are part of the selling.
I hope these two remain good friends for a long time, but I think it will be good for Rob to get out of Vancouver, into NYC and a new film surrounded by new people.
Mark my words, as soon as he begins co-starring with another beautiful, young woman, the speculation will switch and some of this K/R stuff will fade away.

Lorna,you’re doing a great job there.I really like your blog,because as you have repeated many times,it’s based on logical terms and not craziness.
I also believe that Rob fell in love with Kristen for the very first moment he saw her.He has said many times that he was shocked when i saw her and she’s the reason he wanted to do this movie.He never hide his feelings,his eyes and his smile spoke better than his words.
The only thing i still fear for is the one he told that he was carried away from his role and he had persuaded himself that she was the one.Do you think it was just acting?Many actors get carried away from their role’s feelings and make out,but when the movie finishes and the role isn’t there anymore,so the relacionship is over.
As for Kristen,i really believe she liked Rob very,very much(don’t wanna say she fell for him ,too)but she was in a strange situation.
When you’re with someone for 3 years and he’s your first bf and best friend,it’s very difficult to dump him and hurt him.Kristen is a very private person,very sentimental and very logical.She has said it a million times.
Maybe all this stuff and the thing that her best friend was in love with him ,too ,were making her distant.
Or it is the way Rob is.He likes flirt and Kristen thought that he was just flirting with her and just wanted have s—x with her.
You don’t break a serious relationship with a guy that loves you,who’s there for you just to do s—x with another guy.Kristen doesn’t seem this kind of girl.But maybe i;m wrong.What do you think,really?
