Patty, are you okay, sweetheart? Do you want me to fly down there? Are you sure? If need be, your dad can take care of himself for a couple of days while I’m gone. Are you absolutely sure you don’t need me?
Where did that cab hit you? How’s your hip? Did they take you to the hospital for X-rays? Are you staying overnight? Are they going to keep you for observation? Are those bloody bodyguards at your hospital door? They’d better be!
Has the cab driver been arrested? Yes, I know it’s your fault, but, he still hit you. Alright, it was just a little bump.
Well, Robert Thomas Pattinson, now that I’m sure you’re fine, let me tell you that you are an idiot. Didn’t I teach you not to dart out into the street because of oncoming cars? Yes, I did. Did you stop, look and listen? No.
Yes, I know you’re alright. And, don’t say mum in that tone. If anything happens to my baby boy… Fine, I will let you rest. Besides, I have to call Nick and Stephanie now. I will insist on improvements on your security or Summit Entertainment will feel your mother’s wrath!!!
And, call me, young man! Or I WILL go down there to New York whether you like it or not! And, I can’t believe I’m saying this, but, stop being so nice! Those bodyguards won’t always be there to protect you!
Just remember this, Patty, if anything happens to you, your mum’s heart will break into pieces… Yes, your poor mum’s crying. I could have lost my baby boy today…
Rob, it’s your dad. Yes, she’ll be fine. You take care of yourself. We’ll call again when she’s collected herself.

As a parent, I can totally relate worrying about your child! It’s a daily thing and it doesn’t matter if your child is 23(that’s what my mother says). Oh and plus he’s the babv of the family, he’s the youngest. I’m just glad Rob’s okay, it could have been worse. I got worried when I saw the headline on your other post. That picture of him as a toddler that you posted is adorable. Such cute platinum blonde mullet hair!
You could tell it’s him by the eyes, same stare.

thanks Lorna. That’s exactly what I will tell my son, no matter he’s as handsome & charming as Rob or not, if he got hit by a cab. Every mum will react the same.. can’t bear the hurt of losing their baby boy.
I am MAD at Summit and the bodyguards!!

He look so CUTE in this pic btw, I just want to bear hug him! Lol and the story is so good…no great! Every mother feels that way (I’m still a teen btw but I know because whenever me and my mom have the ‘talk’ I kinda get that feeling).
