Robert Pattinson Worries How His Fame Affects His Family and Friends

In his interview with Entertainment Tonight, Twilight vampire Robert Pattinson worries how his newly found fame may affect those who are close to him.
“I’m always really worried about ruining their lives. Especially with people that aren’t famous. It’s such a massive change. I’m kind of a paranoid wreck.”
In the video above, his sister Lizzy, who’s also a singer like him, seems comfortable being in the limelight. However, Rob’s other sister, Victoria, had to be coaxed to step out from behind the wall as they leave a restaurant. (go to 0:06)

Poor Rob. You can’t pay me any amount of money to get all the attention he’s getting. I think he’s not ready for this and he’s definitely having a hard time accepting it. Gosh it’s like he’s living in a fishbowl!

I seriously think that Rob wanted to be open with Kristen…it was sweet new and happening. Kristen was in the middle of her stuff and needed time to work this out….the press took this and strangled it. If the twilight people would tell the press to hang it up and stop driving them crazy maybe the people we like so very much could have a life. I understand wanting to know what is going on but just because you are a public person does not mean you should not have a life. Everyone he touches now has the press on them…this will create false friends and everything else unreal…the press should let the man live.. Surely twilight fans can be happy with the stories and discussion on last film for a while…

It’s scary, overwhelming stuff, that’s for sure. Even worse, I don’t think this furor is going to die down until a year or two after the last Twilight movie has come out. But by then, I’m sure Rob will rolling in the money and can buy the best kind of escapes.

i kinda feel bad for his sister victoria and the whole family i mean if you look at it all the edward fans and (the gay)camorn guys are like”look it’s robert pattinson!”every where he gose and one night tmz thought one of his siste was his new girfriend huh that kinda creepy for his sister(i mean i would freak out if my bro was famos and they thought i was in bed with him(ewwwwwww!gross!bad thought bad thought!)
and i mean robert is the youngest of the kids but he still needs to look after his sister like a good brother should.
so chill out when rob and his famly is out.
