John Stewart, the father of Kristen Stewart, is described by a Hollywood colleague as “one of the best” floor directors in town.

It is no surprise then that John Stewart was hired as part of the production team for the 2009 Oscars, which probably also explains his accessibility to Access Hollywood when he was asked regarding the whereabouts of his talented daughter — Kristen Stewart.

In the course of his duties, John Stewart had the opportunity to help out his daughter’s Twilight co-star — Robert Pattinson.

Thanks, Mr. Stewart! I’m sure Rob loved seeing a familiar face at the 2009 Oscars.
