Robert Pattinson Surprises Me in Remember Me Trailer

Although his chemistry with Kristen Stewart is undeniable, Robert Pattinson still shows moments of uncertainty in his performance as Edward Cullen, that is why I’m very glad to see that his characterization of Tyler, as can be seen in this Remember Me trailer, shows a more truthful performance from The Twilight Saga star.
Remember Me also stars Academy Award® winner Chris Cooper (Adaptation), and Academy Award® nominee Lena Olin (Chocolat), Emilie de Ravin and Pierce Brosnan
Summit Entertainment has announced that the Remember Me opening has been moved from February to 12 March 2010.

i hope “remember me” is going to be a good movie… but i really hate seeing him kissing somebody else than kristen stewart
it´s unbearable so i think i´m not going to see this movie although it´s with robert pattinson and pierce brosnan…

When I first saw that trailer…i was so damn happy! bcuz I love all Robert Pattinson’s movie….and this looked like it’s not going to be any different….I always thought he is a good actor….people just have to see him as Salvador Dali to realize that…..Remember Me…even though I’ve heard that kind on story before…seems like its goin to be great….although im goin to miss Kris next to him…

I’m a Robsten fan but I’ll watch Remember Me to see another dimension or depth of Rob’s acting. From still shots & trailer, I like his “glassy soulful look” and also looking forward to all his future films. Hope he stays true to himself and so as his honesty coz people believes in his “quotes”. A romantic comedy film between him & Kstew would be amazing! We’ve seen a lot of smiling Rob, it’s about time to see Kstew’s laughter.

When I first saw the Remember Me trailer I was sooo damn happy! Bcuz I’ve loved all of his movies, and this looks like it’s not goin to be the ecepcion…
I know the trama it’s a little bit common..but I think they’re guna make it work…Im goin to be a little sad that he’s not wit Kris in this movie, but im sure I’ll enjoy his actin regardless….LOVE ROBERT!

OME! Just from watching the trailer you can tell that the movie is gonna be awesome! I’m so gonna watch it instead of Valentine’s Day. However I might wait for the DVD of that just ‘coz I love Taylor Swift
Anyways, the love scenes between Rob and Emilie doesn’t do much to me. There’s no kilig factor in it. Rob’s acting is amazing though!

I have watched the trailer and I liked it, so I am going to see this movie of course. Tyler Roth is a gorgeous guy… and very sexy.
Robert is a great actor, but I knew it… since Bad Mother’s Handbook.

omg omg omg omg omg!!!!!!!! im in shock! i knew he was a good actor but this… omg leaves me without my breath…. he…. nail it! ITS AMAZING! well i’m not digging with this movie it’s just the same old story so i’m not interested in watching this maybe on dvd…i don’t mind rob kissing another star bec his an actor and i know kstew understand that!!!but anyway do’t like the movei kinda lame story.
what can’t i wait is for the welcome to the riley to show in theater!!!!seeing kstew in a different role and giving her best!!!can’t wait i heard it got good reveiw on sundance according to some twitter..still waiting for some good news.

OMG! I don’t wanna see Rob kiss any other than Kris.I think Rob don’t want Kris kissing any guy too.But Emilie acting is OK. I imagine Rob and Kris play another romantic-comedy movie together like “My sassy girl” Korean version.I love it and want it to be come true.

hmm..difficult to say if he has a chemistry with emilie since we are already cemented into robsten. i think ‘remember me’ is such a heavy drama, will try to watch it though

read the script (don’t ask me how, I won’t tell) Subtly Intense (it’s the best way I can describe the story). Very different from Twilight. Tyler’s character is like Edward without all the restraints. probably what Edward was like when he was younger, quite a rebel. Tyler just doesn’t give s—t. But you’ll love him as a big brother, their relationship is really sweet. he takes care of her but in truth she takes care of him. Tyler’s really complex and all out. I hope Rob can pull him off, he seems promising though, judging from the trailer. And the ending! Oh, the ending!

the script made me cry. my dad was kind of worries because i was crying in his office for no reason at all. can’t wait for it to come out.
also can’t wait for welcome to rileys. kristen will be amazing just like she usually is. but i still think that her work in “the cake eaters” is still THE BEST

saphemyst: i read the script too and i totally agree with everything that you said. i love every single thing about it!!! i love tyler’s character, esp how he is with his sister. aaaawh! it’s heart-wrenching, it made me cry! i so can’t wait to watch the film!!

GossipCop confirmed that Rob’s an exec producer of the film btw. I also read in an interview that Rob said he was the one who arranged the trailer…coolness! =D

@dazzled, I don’t think it’s a confirmation if GossipCop confirms it. But if Rob was on exec prod. then it could explain the similarities between Emilie’s outfits and Kristen’s style. *wink*wink, it’s a long shot, but hey, who knows. Last year I believed that Robsten was highly improbably, yet now…
If he did arrange the trailer then either the boy is smart enough to include shots where he was hot and his acting was really good, or he’s really an actor, which goes to tell he’s an artist and not just some chiseled jaw. (I like the second option) I hope he gets an Academy someday (I know Kristen will).
