Robert Pattinson Relaxes by Singing and Drinking in London

Since he is no longer doing the film Parts Per Billion, Twilight star Robert Pattinson has been strumming his guitar strings and unleashing his vocal cords in pubs in and around London during January 2009. perezhilton.com reports that RPattz was spotted in a SoHo pub in London on open mic night and “performed two songs which apparently “silenced the room” with how good he was.”

It was also nice to see that Rob was in a generous and goofy mood as he posed with a Twilight fan in an Oxford pub.

In an earlier December 2008 GM.TV interview, Rob was asked, “What should someone do if they see you on the street? What would you like their reaction to be?”
His reply was, “Absolutely none. No reaction. Like, I mean, that’s always the best.”
“Just walk on by?”
“Yeah.” (go to 6:35)
It seems the down time of just being with his family and friends in London has allowed Rob to recover from the tiring and demanding press junkets for Twilight last year, letting the creative juices flow once again and enabling him to accommodate a photo or two with some conversation snippets with a handful of fans while downing a pint or two with his mates.
Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are headed to film New Moon by March, with some pre-production activities scheduled beforehand.
