Robert Pattinson and Justin Bieber Hair Phenomenon

First, there was Robert Pattinson and girls screaming whenever he would run his fingers through his hair. Now, there’s Justin Bieber and girls are going crazy over his locks too. I just find it amusing to witness the hair phenomenon happen within a short period of time. (And a part of me is musing, ‘What is it about hair?’)
