Red Cross Confirms Kristen Stewart Not A Member of Celebrity Panel

Noting that the name of Kristen Stewart was not part of the roster of the American Red Cross Celebrity Panel, I raised the question whether The Twilight Saga heroine dropped out of the panel, so, I sent an email to American Red Cross Manager of Entertainment Outreach, Angela Corio, who was kind enough to reply to my email inquiry.
Kristen Stewart has been supportive of the Red Cross, however, she is neither a current or former member of the National Celebrity Cabinet.
We are very appreciative of her support, mostly in the Greater Los Angeles Area. Most recently, she attended the La Vida Restaurant which benefited Red Cross Haiti Relief efforts.
Red Cross has also received ancillary support from the Twilight series. Actress Rachelle Lefevre has donated blood. And, announced recently, [was that] the new novella by Stephenie Meyer, The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner : An Eclipse Novella, which goes on sale in June [2010], is donating $1 for each book sold to the Red Cross International Response Fund.

I’m not so sure why this is such a big deal. so she independantly gives to the red cross and jdf and did that rape psa. she participates in charity 100%. but this is a twilight fansite and we havent gotten any rob diaries or kristen diaries in a while, despite the baftas and remember me premiere.

I agree with both of you. We need a new diary entry! There have been plenty of comments on posts that could inspire ideas. Like, what ever happened to Kristen’s point of view in the Robert Pattinson Diaries’ Breaking Dawn Love Scene?

i read somewhere that kellan lutz will also be in the movie “backwoods” with kristen and julianne moore. is it confirmed already?

Lol we do miss those entries.
Kristen is an inspiration to us young people with what she’s doing. She is a good role model even though others don’t support that idea. They look at her flaws instead of the good things she’s done. They think Vanessa Hudgens is more of a role model than her. I guess in this day and age, it’s alright to pose nude and still be seen as a role model. No wonder the rates for teen pregnancy is increasing.

okay i watched an interview and Kristen was asked if she would be like everyone else and walk around with underwear showing and a dog in her bag and she replied herself that she doesn’t wear underwear! immediately i thought this could be a possible diary entry about how rob has easy access, please make a diary soon we all miss them
