My Dream Directors for The Twilight Saga Breaking Dawn

Twilight Series Covers

As The Twilight Saga draws to a close, the last installment has been entrusted to Oscar winning director Bill Condon

Nevertheless, this does not stop me from having my own list of dream directors who are familiar with the fantasy genre, who can imbue Breaking Dawn with intelligence, humor, fantastic cinematography and excellent storytelling.

Top of the list would be Lord of the Rings trilogy director Peter Jackson. Next is Hellboy and Pan’s Labyrinth director Guillermo del Toro. Both have won Academy Awards for their work and are currently working together to bring The Hobbit to the big screen. And, rounding off the list is Oscar nominee Alfonso Cuaron, popularly known for directing Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

I was really happy, when the rumors of Drew Barrimore as a director, I think her free spirit would’ve been somethin fresh for the Twilighs Saga Movies. I don’t know the name of the director of The Notebook, but that movie is so sweet and romantic, so I would’ve like someone like him/her to direct Breakin Dawn.
Also the first woman to win an Oscar for Best Director, Katherine, that would’ve been nice.
