Kristen Stewart Wins Orange Rising Star Award at the 2010 BAFTA
Kristen Stewart edged out her Adventureland co-star Jesse Eisenberg to nab the Orange Rising Star Award during the BAFTA Awards in London on 21 February 2010. With rumored boyfriend Robert Pattinson also in attendance during the prestigious event, Kristen Stewart credited her Twilight fans for her win.

Now that my thoughts are more coherent I have a few questions:
1) why her award is not in gold like the others?
2) why does she keep thinking that the other nominees deserve the award more than her? She thinks that thwilight fans voted for her just because she was Bella Swan who kissed the sexiest vampire ever, not because of her talent. Ok, that may be is true for some of them, but the majority (including myself) voted Kris because she is so talented, unique, young and deserves a reaward for her good work. That is exactly what this particular award is about.
3) and the most important question… IF THEY ARE DATING: why they arrive separated? why they don’t sit together? why she doesn’t mention him in her speech? why they didn’t take any photo together?

@ Madane Cullen her award isn’t in gold because people on internet voted for her whereas the other awards were given to the others because the Bafta jury voted for them which is different coz obviously the people who voted on internet for her aren’t professional.
Anyway i’m glad she won, she totally deserve it so GO KRISTEN!!

1. It’s an award sponsored by Orange UK (a mobile network operator and internet service provider in the UK), hence the color. Also, it’s the only award where the winner is chosen entirely by the public.
2. She’s a very modest woman. And plus, Kristen seems to be as “self-deprecating” as she always calls Rob. What a perfect self-deprecating couple. (;
3. They want their private life to stay private?

i’m so happy that she won but when i was watching gmtv this morning it sounded like they weren’t too pleased because she ‘didn’t do her hair’ and stood ‘funny’, i think they should be happy for her too, they just moaned saying she seemed depressed, sighing all the time (especially in twilight) :/ x

“I watched silently from my seat, (I won’t tell you where I was sitting, it would cause more controversy) when I saw Kristen actually settling in to take a seat was around 5:40pm where she was sitting with her camp. There were people already filling out the auditorium/theater but mostly, it was camps and not celebs. I knew it was Kristen because of her hair and her tiny figure. She is very small, around 5’6 with her heels. But I could easily tell she’s 5’3 in general. I also knew it was Kristen because I saw her standing with a tall male figure speaking to who I would assume as a PR. Male, tall figure with messy hair was holding the back of her waist and was very focused on who ever they were speaking too. He was rubbing her back and waist. (You already know whom I am talking about. Don’t press for more details.)
I didn’t keep staring because what I was doing was already too much, but they stayed in that silent, intimate position until actors and actresses started piling up more.
I didn’t pay much attention to the award show it self, because truthfully – It was boring as f—k. I was typing away for my job, usually asking my daughter if she was alright and being ordered around by my boss. When the rising star award was mentioned at they’re edited schedule, I was so excited I almost dropped the small MAC in my lap, I also kept eye on wild hair who was seats away from The Stew. Wild Hair kept staring at Kristen throughout the show, sneaking little peeks and smiling. She did the exact same thing.”

KStew is 5′6”. She can’t be 5′3″ only because if u see all of her pics with Rob while in her sneakers or rubber shoes,her head is an inch or two above Rob’s shoulders.Rob is 6′1″ so i think Kstw’s height is right at 5′6.”.Besides, if she is just 5′3″ then Anna Kendrick must be 4′10″ since Kstew towers over her.Yeesh! Everything about KStew is really over scrutinized to the point of “lying” about some things.5′3″ is not true.

I so wanna see the interview for that sasi. I really hope he said all those. That he confirmed their relationship. But wouldn’t that be unfair for Kristen if he confirmed it without her? Congratulations Kristin for winning your award at BAFTA !!!! As mentioned, she was voted by fans but selected by Bafta(?) for the category. Kristin knows she’s in illustrious company, hence
the content of her brief acceptance speech but I am in pain watching her deliver it.
Girl, from now on, you have to be brave going up the stage and be coherent with your speech as I’m sure this won’t be the first and the last. So prepare yourself! I know you’re young, awkward at times~but you’re in a bigger stage now so please deliver with humility but with aplomb!
If it’s true that Rob admitted you’re an item or together, I’m very ecstatic about it. It’s about time to enjoy your love without any prohibition. Should be one of the happiest moment of your young lives. Savour the moment, you’re only young once…..

I think its true what “sun”reports about rob finally telling the public that they want to out in public. Why would he be there in BAFTA supporting Kristen. Its not that they still have to promote the twilight saga. They are actually avoiding to be seen together bec of the craze is not not anymore healthy for the actors! so yeah i think they want to have it public but so sorry that it was impossible to do. well time will come
and when it does all robsten will be doing cartwheels
