Kristen Stewart Reads Mark Twain and Plays Football

Despite her assertions of being boring, Kristen Stewart displays surprising facets, such as being caught with a book, in the same way that Robert Pattinson is oftentimes spotted with reading material. And, in an amusing turn of events, a contender to be her dad in The Runaways was an unwitting witness — Jim Beaver aka Jumblejim on twitter.
“Sat next to Kristen Stewart from Twilight on the plane to [Vancouver.] Didn’t know who she was till we landed. Never saw/read Twilight. I did audition for the part of her dad in the Joan Jett biopic, though. She’s reading Twain. Kristen Stewart’s reading Mark Twain’s Letters from the Earth. We chatted briefly about it. She seems nice.”
Furthermore, New Moon co-star Taylor Lautner, who is known for his athleticism, recounts that he plays American football with his petite leading lady.
“Surprisingly [Kristen Stewart] has a really good arch — she is very accurate. I always carry a football around with me and I would play catch with the guys and then Kristen said she wanted to play. I threw the ball to her and she became my buddy.”
Maybe being around her brothers rubbed off on the sexy Twilight Saga star.

In those RadarOnline photos of Stew’s babyhood, we can tell that she can play soccer and basketball, too. Her 3-point-shoot in The Messengers, still amazed me everytime.
