Is the Edward Cullen Standee Displayed at your Local Cinema
I was delightfully surprised to spot the Edward Cullen standee displayed in two malls — Ali Mall and SM Megamall on 28 and 29 August 2009. I was able to take pics of the Edward Cullen standee and I at Ali Mall with the standard outstretched hand on 28 August 2009.
However, my plan to have my sister take my photo with one of the Edward Cullen standees at SM Megamall on 30 August 2009, the day after I saw it, was foiled by the fact that the standees were now behind the ticket counters, and, therefore, inaccessible. 
The ticket counter person sadly informed me that they had to do so because the standees were getting damaged from too much “love” from those wanting to take pics with Edward Cullen, and, management was concerned that the two might not last till November 2009. :S
May I implore fellow Twilighters all over the world to be more careful with the sparkly one so that all and sundry may enjoy his cardboard presence in each and every local cinema where he is displayed? Thank you very much.

GASP! SM MEGAMAAAAALL! Here I come! Raaawr! They should have one in Shangri-La. Or Rockwell. The people who go there are Twi haters.

I really don’t know if there is one or not… but I’m agree with you, Lorna. Edward can be indestructible, but the standee is not…

I don’t know if there is one… and I don’t know if I’ll be brave enough to ask my boyfriend to take a pic of me and that gorgeous Edward, lol maybe I’ll ask a friend… but then, there’s still the question that maybe I’ll contribute to the standee damage :S

it is at the cinema. i saw it at two different [spots]. and i just have to say this, i found two standees at the melbourne airport, one of Edward Cullen, one for Bella Swan
