If Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz Don’t Do The Breaking Dawn Films

The Hollywood Reporter Esquire has reported that Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz are holding out for a much bigger talent fee than Summit Entertainment may be willing to pay.
Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene are trying to sink their teeth into bigger paydays that, at least at this point, the studio behind the billion-dollar franchise is unwilling to provide. The offers from Summit — which are said to be at least 10 times what the actors made on the first movie — were deemed “offensive” given the mega-money the franchise has generated.
If Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz really find the offers “offensive” and decide not to return to The Twilight Saga series, what would your reaction be?
If The Twilight Saga stars indeed decide to leave due to salary disputes, then I have to respect their decisions. However, I do question the wisdom of such a decision. The publicity generated alone for the upcoming Breaking Dawn films may be worth thinking about, since it can lead to more work and better opportunities to negotiate for higher talent fees in other projects.

If they weren’t in it, it would be so weird. I mean if you would see a different Alice Or Emmet all of a sudden it just wouldn’t be the same and it would be weird! So I think it would be a mistake if that would happen. But ofcourse I would respect their decision..

I wouldn’t enjoy the film as much if they didn’t return to play there characters, because i think of there faces when i think of alice and emmett and it would be weird to see some one else replacing them. These kind of things really bug me when watching a film, even now seeing victoria played by a different actor bugs me, but thats only one person so i can deal with that. But as Tahira said it’s their choice and i have to respect that… even if i don’t like it.

Damn, that would suck. I mean, I respect their desicsion… and then start crying because I couldn’t imagine anybody rather than Kellan Lutz cracking Emmett’s sexual innuendos.

They’re asking for 4 MILLION DOLLARS EACH!

I think that it would suck. I already hated when they changed Rachelle. But of course,my main reason for the movies, besides the story are Robert and Kristen.
But I would definatly miss Ashley and Kellan. not so much in the movies, but for the press conferences and stuff, they are both soo nice. So let’s play they don’t leave BD.

I love them in their characters. But if they are asking so much..im with summitt (never thought I was going to say that haha)…But the truth is that they are no robsten or taylor. They have like 5 lines each! They need to get the payment they actually deserve and not the one they want!

okay. so i know people are going to hate me for this, but i really don’t care about them so much. sure it would suck for the continuity to see a different alice or emmett all of a sudden (ahem ahem victoria ahem!), but this news is just sad.
we all read their interviews on how they love the saga, but they’re basically saying that it all comes down to money? they’re asking for 4M each. hello? for what? being in a blockbuster movie that would definitely benefit their careers? jetsetting to promote it? doesn’t sound work to me!
i don’t mean to rant, but does the word ‘recession’ ring any bells to them? people are starving somewhere. this is definitely not the time to be greedy.

That’s a shame. I never expected that from both of them. I agree with everyone. It would suck but I wouldn’t cry so much about it. But if they replaced either Kris or Rob then that’s a whole different story! Riot everyone? Lol

Don’t get me wrong I like Kellan -I never liked Ashley, specially after the chace crawford kissing- but I don’t have it in me to worry for them. Sure the film will be a little weird, but I don’t really care at all. As long as rob and Kristen will be there, I’m ok with it.
All I want is Edward and Bella and their honeymoon. LOL.

Ashley & Kellan with their Management Teams should try to reach a common ground ~ compromise…….
I believe it’s fair they ask for an increase coz the saga made money and they are part of the original cast. Afterall, Ashley & Kellan will have bigger roles in BD.
Victoria will never be the same without Rachelle . Summit, please don’t be a Scrooge! Please negotiate with your stars!

I totally agree with Addy! They have bigger parts and everybody should think about the consequences to the public too, not only for themselves. Everyone want a win win situation and that will only happen if all of them compromise.

i would respect their decisions. us as fans should pray they stay in the movie. in my opinion i think it wouldn;t be the same
