How to Tell a Robert Pattinson Girl Friend from a Special Friend
If you’re a girl friend of Robert Pattinson, then walking alongside Robert Pattinson would be quite the norm, such as this simple stroll of the Twilight hunk and gal pal Shannon Woodward.

One common way that Robert Pattinson demonstrates this is, for example, by letting Twilight co-star Kristen Stewart walk behind him whenever they exit public places, or avoiding being photographed beside each other.

As I wrote to them, even if they do go out together at night, I think it’s a combination of work and friendship. Work because they do have to do a movie together, and, scene partners usually go out to feel more comfortable with each other so that when they face the cameras there’s a certain level of trust.
As everyone has noted, Rob was definitely uncomfortable shooting the kissing scene with Emilie, expressed most eloquently by his expressive hand.

I think Emilie is making an extra effort to make her co-actor more at ease by just hanging out, which they have been reported to be doing.
Hopefully, a platonic friendship will be in place by the end of the Remember Me shoot, which Robert Pattinson has a talent for inspiring, even with first time acquaintances. Remember Hugh Jackman and Brooke Shields?

lol. You’re totally right. I’ve seen all these magazines lately with “a source” or “an insider” or “a close friend” saying that they’ve witnessed them getting “cozy and close”, but really?…it’s all ridiculous. Everyone knows Robsten’s happening, Emilie JUST got divorced??…and they just don’t seem to have the chemistry that Rob and Kristen have, so I never really was worried or believed any of the rumors. But the media is seriously getting on my nerves…all they like to do is create trouble and ridiculous rumors. I just hope it doesn’t get in the way of their relationship.

Robert and Kristen are not dating! Why is it that people always assume those beautiful couples in movies have to be together just because they have great chemistry on screen?? Even if it’s off screen as well..why can’t they just be friends. @jen : how do you know Michael and Kristen are still together? Anyway, I think that relationship has since died off … for awhile, what they had was based on a friendship when they were younger, it was never really passionate. Of course, it’s just speculations ..
I think with Rob or no Rob, that relationship was going to end eventually, due to the fact, they outgrew each other, or rather kristen did.

There were pictures of them (Kristen and Michael) together a few weeks ago together in LA, kissing, walking in the street..looking as happy as ever. I’ll post a link as soon as I can find it again.
I just think its really strange how people see what they want to see, simply because they want to believe that robert and kristen are a couple. This has happened with almost every movie that made that kind of success through a love story

thanks for clearing that up for me lol! i was trying to tell my friend the exact same thing about emilie. i think emilie and robert are just good friends, and they seem to like each other on a friend level. with robert and kristen its like magnetic, they just click, and whenever they are around on another its like magic its like undeniable.
im not like superficial so i dont support two people just because they are in a movie together. i like robert and kristen because ive seen so many examples of more than friends in the past, and i know for sure with all of my heart that kristen is roberts girlfriend, not girl friend as in a girl whos a friend.
not only that but robert and kristen are really best friends and clicked from the start, i think robert looked super nervous and uncomfortable kissing emilie in the sand, when hes with kristen hes like all over her, like is just as natural as breathing.
