How Many Times Will You Watch Remember Me

Poster Courtesy of Summit Entertainment
Remember Me is critical in the career of Robert Pattinson, being his first solo starrer outside that of The Twilight Saga franchise; therefore, its gross receipts are going to be closely watched by industry players to gauge how the vampire hottie will fare beyond his breakthrough role as Edward Cullen
So, wherever you may be in the world, it would be fantastic if you could watch Remember Me on its first weekend; and, if you can manage to do so, see it again one or more times.
Remember Me will open in Singapore on 18 March 2010. When is it opening at your local cinema and how many times do you think will you be able to catch it?

As many times as I can! Until it’s no longer in cinemas. My Kleenex supply will be at an all time low but whatever! God, I LOVE THE MOVIE SO MUCH. AND ROB’S PERFORMANCE WAS… ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. LEFT ME GAWKING. SPEECHLESS. STUNNED.

I heard it really sucked(www. rottentomatoes.com)
Also, it doesn’t seem like it has a story line and I hate Robert Pattinson

I was kinda frustrated cuz RM is not in the ‘Coming Soon’ lists anymore here. But if it will be in theater on March 18th in S’pore hopefully we will have it on the same day.
aaaaaaaaand… I think assuming that RM is not good just because you heard so from some rotten sites is not a wise choice. Just saying.

im gonna watch it a million times!
also, why would you come on a site that is for fans of robert pattinson, and slate him. dont you have anything better to do with your time? go read a book or something- possibly Twilight, i hear they’re amazing

I don’t get why people hate this movie. I’m not going to try to spoil anything, but I can understand why people were offended by the ending. Regardless of that, the movie was pretty amazing. As much as I love Rob, I was a bit wary of what to expect when I watched this. Of course I was going to watch it, because I was supporting my man/British hunk no matter what
I was surprised, in a good way, of course. Rob can definitely act. As much as I hate to admit it, his acting, along with everyone else’s, in the Twilight movies aren’t very good. In this movie, he’s COMPLETELY different.
It kind of baffles me how he can be so great in one movie, and so bad in a another. He had me in tears during some parts. There were a good amount of scenes that he wasn’t in that had me in tears too. It was ridiculous. I’ve read the script beforehand, and they did change it, but even when I already knew what was going to happen, I STILL got emotional. I mean, it really takes a lot to do that to me.
The movie had superb acting (due to the great cast),a great story, and a great message. And Rob and Emilie DO have chemistry. I was surprised with that as well. I was happy I watched this. My two friends, who aren’t very fond of Rob, no longer hate him after this movie

I saw Remember Me for the firt time yesterday and I must comment on how impressed I am. Without giving away too much (and those of you who watched it know what i mean :’(,) remember me was one of those movies that I think you should only go to once. Robert Pattinson in it regardless, it was a very somber and at times uplifting story. The ending left you speechless, and truly gave me a greater appreciation for his acting skills. He’s no longer just “Edward” to me. He’s Robert Pattinson, the actor.

It opens the 1st of April in the Netherlands well at least that’s what I read. So I’m going to have to wait too see it and I will see it as many times I think I want to and that could be one or more but that depends on how the movie is ofcourse.

As someone who read the script, when I saw the movie I wasn’t disappointed but I wasn’t impressed either. Don’t get me wrong, I like it. It was good. But, I feel like reading the script held a stronger emotional hold on me than seeing the movie. Like many things. But it still did make me cry in the end. Just a little though. Not as much as the script. I did not, however, like the sex scenes between Tyler and Ally. They were hot but I don’t think it was necessary. They just came out like they were random sex scenes thrown into the story. Again, they were hot none the less. Overall, was it really worth $8? Yes. Would I see it again? I would if I had the money to, yes.

I plan on seeing it again but I would like to know why Tyler calls his roommate Aidan, it is ass_______. I wish I could remember. But the film was great, can wait to see it again.

I’m going to watch it! It opened here on the 11th but I’m gonna watch it sometime this week! I cannot wait
I watched the trailer since I wasn’t gonna watch it but man did it made me emotional. Just the trailer! So yeah I’m gonna watch it. But just once. I’m not that happy on seeing EDR on the screen really. I don’t hate her per se. I’m soo gonna bring tissues when I watch it, I’m a pretty emotional girl.

I watched it and I really loved it,Rob was great and he didn’t remind me of Edward Cullen at all, which means he’s a great actor.I’m not gonna watch it second time though ’cause I don’t see the point of paying for something you already have seen, but that doesn’t have to do with Rob,it is just me

i saw it twice already. the movie was really good. and i’m not just saying that because i’m a die-hard rob fan. it’s just so touching and an eye-opener.
what i don’t get is the fact that some people say that it was nothing but another “brooding rpattz movie”. and that the ending was totally inappropriate and just “too soon”.
i mean, hello? the movie reminds us to “live in the moments”, and it’s NEVER too soon to remember the people who lost their lives that fateful day.
and as far as i can remember, the whole world adored “titanic”, eventhough it was also based on a real-life tragedy. why should “remember me” be treated differently, and be torn to pieces by some unemotional “movie critics”?

I took a friend who hasn’t seen him before. The only clue he has of Rob is because of me. At tne end of the movie, I asked her about her comments to which she said, “He’s very good, no wonder he’s so popular”. Amen …….
2nd time around with a young niece, she said, the movie was good but a bit sad. She is a Twifan, having read all the books.
Whether you’re a twihard, Robsten or anything, RM is worth seeing. You can see the evolution of a young actor in his acting career. I don’t mean to be biased, but he’s BRILLIANT & DEVINE ……It’s about families. ~ And I’m looking forward to seeing Eclipse too …

Thank you Lorna for posting. Would love to know your comment if it’s appropriate. LOL
On a different note: I’m sure you’re enjoying shoe shopping in Singapore. The sizes are compatible.

If Kristen Stewart is not in there with Robert, I don’t want to watch it.

I have not posted on here in FOREVER! I still read, just been busy!
Much love to you, Lorna! Keep it coming!
I saw RM this weekend and I must say– it was very good acting, on everyones part. I even forgot I was watching ‘Edward Cullen’ and was in awe of Robert Pattinson. Emilie was superb and the supporting cast was incredible too…. apparently the critics were tough on it, but it really was good.
My only issue was that about mid-way through the movie you are wondering “what is even happening?!” it takes the end of the movie to help you recognize that the rest of the movie is beautiful, poetic and ironic (the whole 22 thing).
The ending is like a ton of bricks hitting you! I think maybe more so for Americans- none the less, still powerful. It is worth the money for a ticket, but just one time was good enough for me!
Besides- it will hold me over till ‘Eclipse’ gets here!!

Once, too sad to watch again.

reading the comments here… I’m starting to think maybe I need to stop reading until I have seen RM =)
I really want to see this movie, this is Robert Pattinson outside Twilight Saga. And I remember he said that the character is just like him. So if Arthur in How To Be was Rob… then Tyler in RM is Rob now. I don’t know for sure, I haven’t seen RM yet. Anyone have seen both How To Be and RM here? What do you think?
March 16th, 2010 at 7:21 am
i’ll watch the movie around 76543736543 times! when it comes on dvd….. once on screen….
March 16th, 2010 at 10:54 pm
LOL me too,Rob is hot,but my pocket-money can’t bear his hotness
April 1st, 2010 at 11:00 am
saw it yesterday! and I’ll see it again… still in shock for the ending tho. To you that haven’t seen it yet, go see it! Remember Me is a good movie. Rob is not ‘just’ Cedric Diggory or Edward Cullen, he is Robert Pattinson the actor, a good talented one.
