I was standing right next to you, Rob.ROBERT PATTINSON
No, you were next to your car, across the street.
Flashback of Robert Pattinson catching sight of Edward Cullen across the street, before losing sight of him as he tries to evade the throng of excited fans running after him.
EDWARD CULLEN
You hit your hip. You were in an accident. I think you’re confused.ROBERT PATTINSON
You stopped the cab. You pushed it away with your hand!
Flashback of Robert Pattinson stepping off the curb, and then Edward Cullen flashes beside him to push the cab away from him, its slightly dented bumper grazing the hip of Rob before giving way to the force of Edward’s shove.
Rob stands in utter shock from almost being hit by the cab. His eyes meet those of Edward Cullen, before the vampire slinks away and Rob’s bodyguards surround him.
EDWARD CULLEN
No one’s going to believe you.ROBERT PATTINSON
I know what I saw.EDWARD CULLEN
You’re not going to let this go, are you?ROBERT PATTINSON
No. I wasn’t gonna tell anybody. I just need to know the truth.

Thanks The concept to have a fictitious Edward Cullen saving the real Robert Pattinson, and then, to have Rob and Edward in the hospital scene instead of Edward and Bella, came about after I read a comment by ATwilightKiss reader pepper
I think fans should know the difference between ROB and EDWARD. Rob + Cab = HOSPITAL while Edward + Cab = AUTO SHOP.
One’s real and fragile and the other one is fictitious and undead.
