Did Reese Witherspoon Refer to Kristen Stewart as the Girlfriend of Robert Pattinson

Lovebirds Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are mum about the status of their relationship, so it’s very interesting to learn how they’re perceived by co-workers. E! reports a couple of very interesting quotes from Reese Witherspoon – the co-star of Robert Pattinson in the Water for Elephants film.
Donna Freydkin, who interviewed Witherspoon for USA Today, joked that it must be written in her contract to have hunky costars [such as Robert Pattinson and Chris Pine of Star Trek].
“I do. How did you find that out? Someone’s gotta do it. It’s like America’s Test Kitchen, but for making out with hot costars. I do it for the girls. I love my job. They’re all really good guys. And I know all their girlfriends,” she smiles.
Reese Witherspoon Has the Impression that Kristen Stewart is Robert Pattinson’s Girlfriend Reese Witherspoon was referring to all the girlfriends of her co-stars; and, although she does not refer specifically to Kristen Stewart, it lumps the Twilight star right smack in the middle of the throng. 
“[Rob] is sweet and loving and has the nicest family. Kristen is really sweet, too. He’s a very sensitive soul. He worked really hard. He looks great in the movie, too.”
Reese Witherspoon Has Met Kristen Stewart Somehow, Reese Witherspoon has met Kristen Stewart. The most logical assumption here is that it occurred during the Water for Elephants shoot, and was somehow kept secret from the paps and fans.

Everybody knows that Kristen is Rob’s girlfriend (she came to Budapest when he was here)… but I’ve read that the handsome Star Trek-Guy is single.
