Chris Weitz Directs Another Summit Entertainment Film Project

Reinvigorated by his experience directing the Summit Entertainment film The Twilight Saga : New Moon, Chris Weitz is eager to take the helm once more by directing a screenplay that delves into his Mexican roots. Variety reports.
Weitz said he plans to go to work for Summit right away on “The Gardener,” with deals in the works for Weitz and Eric Eason (”Manito”), who wrote the screenplay. The picture is about a hard-working immigrant who lives in Los Angeles and his efforts to protect his son.
Weitz said he will begin production in March or April.
“There are no werewolves or vampires, just a Mexican gardener in Los Angeles,” Weitz said.

Malou, the animated photos are just hilarious and endearing! Take note of photo#3-See the way Rob looks at Kstew. Photo#4-Just as goofy! There was a 19secs introduction/ad vids prior these photos
wherein Kstew was holding on to Rob’s arm. Her other hand was holding Tay but not permanently. Wonder if they can animate this too for analysis.
