Can Kristen Stewart Shave Her Head for her Marine Role

Hypothetically, if Kristen Stewart were required by her role in An American Girl to shave her head, would The Twilight Saga heroine go bald? Her Time Magazine interview seems to suggest so, and although the bold move may cause concern among the Summit Entertainment heads, it will not stop Kristen Stewart
You’ve finished the Joan Jett movie, and you had to get your hair cut, which was kind of a big deal in certain quarters. How hard was it to convince the producers to get it done, and is that an example of the controls that are on you as a Twilight franchise player?
Well, luckily I am no one’s property, and free will is exercised greatly. I knew I could still play Bella and not have to feel the sweat running down my head to make me feel I was doing something real. I knew I could wear a wig and still play her. And I knew if I was going to fit The Runaways into this time frame that they were going to just have to deal with it. That was something they were initially scared about, but it ended up being totally fine. And it gave me an opportunity to do something different in between. Hopefully people can understand that.

hmm i do not think she will shave her head like Demi Moor did.
she is strong and individual but i do not believe that she has guts to shave her head for the movie.

The joan jett hair was ok enough still to fix and bring back the bella’s hair but I don’t think there’s a remedy for a shaved head if she’s still going to film Breaking Dawn

she doesnt need to shave her head to be in the Army movie, i know a few women who are or have been in the army and they dont have to shave or cute their hair at all… so if they did make her do that it would be very unrealistic…

Somehow I do not think Summit would be to happy if she shaves her head. But she does have 7 months before Eclipse comes out. But I hope Summit makes a decision about Breaking Dawn and they start filming that soon.

Please note I said hypothetically. I don’t think she will have to shave her hair off either, but, if she has to, for any role (like a cancer patient undergoing chemotherapy), she will, because Kristen is a committed actor and no one can stop her.

Having been raised near a military based, going through JROTC for four years and almost enlisting with the Marines after high school, I can truthfully say that it isn’t necessary.
Women Marines are only required to do up their hair (which they’re actually taught), shaving it bald is not a requirement so unless something drastic occurred int he scrip, like say, massive brain surgery, then it shouldn’t be a concern.

it’s not necessary for kstew to shave her hair because in marine you can have long hair as long as it is being tigth bun…
i hope kstew takes into consideration not to cut her hair because in bd she’s supposed to be turning into inhumanly beautiful creature and her hair is one of her best asset…

I bet if she shave her hair she’ll still look hot. Honestly, it’s possible. That she might shave her hair for the film. You know Kris, heck we all know Kris. She’s kinda unpredictable and in this business unpredictable is good. Although that wouldn’t be good for BD if they’re planning on doing the film (which they should).

I don’t understand the problem with fans. It’s her hair not your but her. So she can do whatever she wants with it. Is not like she is asking to shave your head. Is so stupid all this topic.
Kristen if it’s needed for the part go for it. Screw twilight and bella. You don’t owe them your hair.
I really hope breaking dawn it’s not made and if it does please just one stupid bellaand edward and get over this stupid franchise.
Kristen you deserve more clever interesting parts than this shallow, whinning, weak, no personnalaty character that bella is.

Is it is against regulations for females in the service to shave their heads. I don’t know why people keep saying they should. Demi Moore’s was a completely different case.
