Anna Kendrick Receives Oscar Nomination for Up In The Air Role

Anna Kendrick received another feather in her cap when it was announced on 02 February 2010 that she has been honored with an Oscar nomination in the category of Best Supporting Actress for her role in Up In The Air. The Twilight Saga star also received a Best Supporting Actress nomination in the Golden Globes for her role opposite George Clooney in the Jason Reitman film.
Unfortunately, despite the doubling of the 2010 Oscar nominations in the Best Picture category from five to ten films, The Twilight Saga New Moon film is not one of them. 
The Oscars will air on 07 March 2010 on ABC

when i was watching New Moon, i knew right then it would not have the best picture awards… only twifans can see the beauty of nEw moon… maybe that was how rosenberg and weitz decided it to be… but for the film to win an award? no way jose…
