A Wish and A Prayer for Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart
ATwilightKiss reader, who wishes to be anonymous, emailed me a story of how she prays for the love of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart everyday, especially on Sundays when she goes to Mass in a church. With her permission, I have put together a short video narrative of her story.
My country, the Philippines, is a predominantly Roman Catholic country, with a smattering of other religions.
Some of the Philippine Catholic practices that have been shown in the video are dipping one’s fingers in the holy water before making the sign of the cross, praying the rosary with a set of beads, lighting a candle for a special prayer, and reverently touching the feet of a blessed statue to conclude one’s prayer.
I know some of you have already mentioned that you pray for Rob and Kristen. It would be great to learn how you do it, if you’re so inclined to share. Thank you.
On a lighter note, please feel free to chuckle at how we take this very seriously. And, dare I say, maybe, even too seriously?

Wow…Sorry I had to laugh at this. Eventhough I am rooting 100% that they get together. I have complete faith (no pun intended) that they will or already have.
I am not about to use my religious faith to pray for them. I’m sorry. There are more important things in the world, i.e. the state of the economy, the on going wars, racism, injustice, inhumane acts against people, DARFUR, our dying planet, etc… I personally use their relationship status as a way to escape reality and not think about these issues in my own life and everybody elses.
I would classify myself as a bit obsessive and I guess you can say crazy about the both of them but definately… if I actually utilize my faith to pray for them I would start classifying myself as psychotic.
Sorry if I offended anyone but that’s just my real opinion.

WOW! I love this topic.
I believe in praying that can boost a mind-power in whatever religions , if you want concentration for make someone that you never met before to happy, you can think about some good things that you have been done such as a giving that you can remember(imprinting) and send to them by pray , so my loving and giving-power that I have been done , I pray that good things in to the air send to kristen and robert that I wish this power thinking can be a little support them have a happy life-time together!

catheline1927, I love your reaction! That’s exactly what I wanted to happen — laughter in the end when you see what she’s so seriously praying for.
toflink, I know it can look weird. I tried to lessen that factor by choosing a church with windows where sunlight can stream in. We had to shoot at noon time, and, the actor and I were both soaked in sweat and light-headed from the heat after.
Merci, Perrine. That’s why I added wish to the post’s title, because I was pretty sure that some would prefer to think of their positive thinking that way.

Unhinged, I have a couple more stories that I’m planning to put together in photos in the future. Make that far future. I have to save money for it. Hehe. To more hard giggling!

I will always pray for Rob & Kristen.. I’m dying to know about their relationship.. And also I’m waiting about the officially broke up confirmation between MA & Kristen. I don’t want kristen cheats on his BF..
And I’m always pray that the situation between rob & KS is never happen to me.. Fall in love with someone while you already have a boyfriend..I’m 20 and I have a long time BF..We love each other..And I don’t know what I suppose to do if I’m just like KS..
I think she’s in love with rob but she has a steadfast BF and always support her since she was young..
I’ll pray the best for both of three..
If someday MA & KS officially break up..I wish it’s not because of Rob..but something more principal..and Rob will waiting for KS until she has already moved on and ready to starts another relationship.. And I hope that’s not indicating that KS is a cheater and Rob is stealing KS from her BF.

I think Kristen is just fair because Robert have been dating many girls while waiting for her.and I guess she cannot breake up with her boyfriend because something called “warm” it’s kinda safe for her,but Robert is “HOT” (so dangerous) maybe dating with robert can take a risk LOL.

In another interview he said that his past girlfriends didn’t like him very much in the beginning either and that he had to win them over. Like other guys, he likes the challenge of the hunt.

I don’t actually go to church to pray for them but a day doesn’t end without me wishing they end up together!
I got really frustrated about the Kristen interview re: rumors of her and Rob and how she and her boyfriend “laugh about it” .. I ended up seeing this (Rob’s) reaction in my head .. “I thought they hired me to be Edward Freaking Cullen .. but when I hear about things like this I feel like Jacob Freaking Black!! The friend who will never be enough. Or worse, Mike Freaking Newton .. the guy she never gave the time of day to. Mike .. hah! Funny how Stephanie’s description of Mike Newton is eerily like Kristen’s boyfriend. Same name even! Both blond, generic, not unattractive but hopelessly uninteresting ..” Ok I’m working myself up to a frenzy LOL. But you write so much better than I do! Wouldn’t mind if you take this idea for a ride =)

Really, i swear, i loved them both. They are such a wonderful couple. Just stared eachother, they’re like a cute couple, like the world just belongs to them. I always buy the magazine that shows them on the article, or just on the cover, or shows them on gossip column.
Yeah, like alf, i don’t want to have a love story like that. I’m middle ten now. So now, i’m just enjoying my self. Hope kris and rob can be TOGETHER 4ever in the real life. They make anyone jealous them. I like to imagine if RobertKristen make a family and have a child. But i don’t want kris and rob have a same tragic story like natasha richardson had.

guys..im one of robsten fan for sure..really dying to see them together..but lately..i start to accept kris and michael too..if u guys see michael’s interview on youtube u can see that he’s such a sweet person..he spoke so gentle..his laugh was so pure..there must be a reason why he and kris being a frens for long time and finally get together..he must be a great guy..
about secret love between rob and kris?we really dont kno about that..only rob and kris can be sure about that…we here can only guess and hope??

To be Honest, i was one of michael fan when i was 12 (LOL) but when i saw robert and kris, and knew that michael is kris’s BF, suddenly, i’m like “god, could she just break up with MA. she suitable with Rob. Not with MA”
let’s the destiny answer that. (but i still want RobKris together 4ever in the real life as a couple. I’m big fan of them)

nurul: i saw a video of MA and KS, and i somehow agree with you. i even saw a clip from their first movie together “SPEAK” (kristen is so great there, she plays a rape victim at the age of 14 i guess.- a very mature role for her age that time
) and i somehow find them cute together, they had this chemistry when they were younger. but now, i don’t think MA is suited for KS. i can’t see the chemistry they used to have.
and when i see her and rob, i instanly became addicted to them. they had this “thing” that is hard to explain, they sort of have this connection.
i really hope that the two of them will end up together.:)

Just saw the Lainey pictures .. Guess they are still together. I sometimes pity these kids, having to put up with the paparazzi .. laying out their lives for all the world to see. MA looked EXTREMELY uncomfortable having his picture taken. Kristen looked .. (correct me if I’m wrong) .. PLEASED. It’s like she WANTED to have pictures with MA. Maybe to silence the break-up rumors?

catheline1927…please dont get me wrong..like i said before..i am one of those fan who will be really happy if rob and kris be together..but they do have real life out there..kris do have longtime boyfren.who are we to judge them and told them to be together or split up..if we are truely their fan..we will be happy if they are happy..we will praise their talent in acting not in their privacy..
